My 3rd time ordering from this company and definitely my last from this location. Ordered 4" pies for Christmas, placed order on 12/2, weeks prior to my scheduled pick up of 12/23. Went to pick up the pies and was informed the pies I had ordered were not available. When I asked why they didn't call he said they had 300 some orders and a handful of people ordered the 4" pies when they were not supposed to per a tiny TINY note on the website. There was no block or any trouble ordering these pies online. So rather than call the handful of people who were able to place orders containing 4" pies, they did NOTHING and really put a damper on our holiday dinner plans. Terrible customer service! My department at work has a celebration day every month to celebrate birthdays, workaversaries, and any other important happenings. We decided to hold our celebration on Pi day. What better way to celebrate Pi day than by eating pie. We were having 25 from our department showing up, so I ordered 50 4 inch pies. I ordered a variety. When I went to pick them up, they were ready. They were packed in paper bags with handles for easy transporting. The bags were marked with what was inside and were packaged with care. They also helped me carry them out to my car. Very friendly service. My co-workers were very excited to see 50 small pies laid out on the table.
