I had gone to this store to actually transfer my number back to metro from the company that I was with. The young male employee didn't even listen to what I wanted to do. It was like he could careless. Then when my best friend had questioned a couple different promotions that were going on, the employee didn't want to answer none of his questions n all he did was laugh at him. I was with metro for close to 20 yrs or so, give or take a few yrs, n I've never been treated like this. All of my questions were answered, I've always had gotten the best customer service, etc. Then he kept some of my change instead of giving it all back correctly. If he needed it all he had to do was ask me n I would of given it to him. Don't just take it like I'm not seeing anything at all. I'm not blind. Then I also asked him if we could make my payment scheduled for the 28th of each month, since I started it on 8-28-25. He said n guaranteed me that they would be due to my husband's pay date. Now I find out that it's due on the 27th of each month. That young man didn't do anything that I wanted or even inquired about. He was talking to his family/friend on his phone in his native language. While he was suppose to b helping me. So I don't recommend that store at all. That young man lied about the pay schedule, refused to help me with anything that I wanted, was disrespectful to my best friend by laughing at him when he was inquiring about the promotions, n if u don't want ur change he will b glad to cause either way he is keeping either some to most of it anyways. I'm hoping that the Corporate office on Hulen St will b able to fix all of this. Because that was the shittiest service that I've ever gotten at a metro store, hell out of any store that I've ever been in. N if the Hulen Store can't fix it then I'm gonna have to find a different wireless service all together. I don't want to but might not...
Read moreMy daughter n law went to get two tablets got the wrong ones. Went to return them the lady that was there said couldn't do it. I call the metro office , they said you have 14 days for return. So we go back to the store the lady said she didn't make enough money to do a refund. Told to return the next day . So we did of course she wasn't working. We return the next day after we talked to the main. Office again saying we were to go and get a refund. The lady was at work and still stalling about our return. So she comes up with so much bullshit. We settled. I am so disappointed in service and the tablet. I'm disappointed in two different storylines. I always had excellent everything with metro. This time there's no winning. Going to cancel service for the tablet even tho it was a free tablet it sucked. Isn't the one we went for . For now I refuse to use that store again. I can't believe Free was such a hassle.
