I want to start off by saying I have been coming to this Subway for about 3 1/2 years now and I live less than 5 minutes away. I have noticed the quality of the sandwiches going down slowly over the last year but sometimes I get a really well made one and it keeps me coming back for more.
Unfortunately, after last night I will never come back to this Subway or any that are managed by Dakota H. This gentlemen is a liar and doesn’t care about his customers or really the employees at this store. I went in here last night to get a sandwich at around 8:30 pm cst. Upon arriving home I discover the bread is hard as a rock. I googled the store phone number to see what can be done. Ring ring….the call cannot be completed as dialed. Odd. Try again. Same thing. Okay sooo the phone is disconnected. Looking at my receipt I see another number, Dakotas. I called. He apologized and even stated he had checked the bread today himself. He gave me 2 options. 1: full refund 2: remake the sandwich. I informed him I just wanted a refund but could not come back today but would be back tomorrow. He said sounds good I will let the store know what is going on.
Long story short. He didn’t inform anyone at the store. In fact the employee called Dakota because they stated they could only remake the sandwich, not issue a refund. Dakota, now on the phone with the employee, is stating he can only remake the sandwich. He is adamant that the only resolution was a new sandwich. I, do not want a new sandwich though, I want a refund, as discussed the night before. After a back and forth with no movement I decide to leave as I have no other option. I do not want a sandwich made in hopes it will be eatable, I want my money back. I then left the full uneaten sandwich on the counter with my receipt. They refuse to give me a refund for an uneatable sandwich.
I paid for a product that I never actually received and was denied a refund not because they don’t admit fault but because they don’t want give me my money back? Can I have them make a sandwich and leave without paying because I don’t want to? How does this...

Sitting outside of the subway on bridgewood dr in Fort Worth near 820 and I30 waiting on the cops. Went in to ask for a refund and was told no refund can be given. Was told this is their new standard of portions and that all other subways were making sandwiches wrong. When I asked to speak to the store manager the employee was all of a sudden the store manager. The girl wouldn’t give me the receipt so I tried snatching it from her. She asked me to leave and when I said just give me my refund, she called the cops. So I’m out here waiting for them. Called corporate and was informed the “manager” was wrong and policies for portions haven’t changed. A refund is to be given to all customers who ask for one. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. Corporate apologize for the lack of professionalism that took place by this so called “manager”. All I wanted was my money back. So don’t go here. Especially those who work at the Wells Fargo building on Brentwood. You’ll get robbed.
When the girl stated her story to the officer who looked as if he was wasting his time there, she threw in new accusations. The lettuce got soggy, you took to long to return it, she removed the veggies when she took it home. I live down the street. Where is the lettuce? Why the hello would I remove veggies I requested? I paid 9 dollars for a sandwich. Look at the picture. Who would not return it and ask for their money back?...
Read moreThe woman that just helped me on 9/28 around 10:40pm just over charged me because she didn't know how to ring up the combo (or didn't care to do it right) and didn't know what I was trying to order and it wasn't worth fighting her on due to her clearly not knowing what she was doing and them getting ready to close. Not to mention I didn't see a single manager there I could bring this up to. I ALWAYS order a Turkey Italiano and this is the first time I have ever been charged extra for it due to the lack of knowledge on the item by the staff. There are many times I have to explain to them that there is a specific button for this and where it used to be, despite me never working for a subway in my life. I should not have been charged extra for any meats that already come on what I normally order and if the combo had been rung up properly I wouldn't have just paid as much as I just had to which was only a few cents difference than what I would've paid if I ordered from uber. I was trying to avoid paying this much cause I'm pretty damn broke right now. I will be calling the area supervisor tomorrow to have this dealt with cause I've never had to pay this much for my usual meal and an old friend of mine that used to work for the company agreed that this shouldn't have been ran the way it was.
