We struck it rich with this cute little place. It is tucked away on a shiny new street full of new Restaurants on Magnolia in Fort Worth. They sit on the last corner on Magnolia that has not been renovated. To look at it you may second think visiting but wow what a sweet little treasure. The restaurant has a nice big patio and inside is bright and clean with a bar where you can order a drink and watch a game or have dinner for one. We ordered huevos rancheros and menudo. The chips and salsa were so good. The salsa was just right. No too hot with wonderful flavor. I had the menudo and i am very picky when it comes to menudo. I asked for a sample of the menudo before ordering it. Our waitress gladly brought me a small taste. It was delicious! I wanted to order a large bowel but decided on a small. I'm glad i did. The small was like a large and i had more than enough. I had to take some home. The menudo was rich and full of flavor, cooked perfectly. Many places overcook the menudo. They did not. My husband's meal was different but good. The eggs over easy topped with Ranchero sauces sat atop two perfectly toasted corn tortillas. Served with potatoes and beans. He very much enjoyed his meal. He even liked his coffee. Its hard to find good coffee at most small restaurants but not here. If restaurant owners only could understand how important coffee is to your customers. It may determine a return visit for some people. I highly recommend...

The food was terrible from start to finish. The chips served before the meal were mostly stale, and the salsa had no seasoning—it tasted like nothing more than blended chiles and water. We ordered two plates of enchiladas rojas, one taco de pastor, and the caldo de res.
I only managed a bite of the taco de pastor, which was sweet despite being told it wasn’t, a bite of an enchilada, and a small taste of the beans and rice. The enchiladas had a chewy, gum-like texture and were completely inedible. The person with the other enchilada plate ate only the beans and rice, and the third person in our group drank just the broth from the caldo de res. The only thing finished at the table was a bottle of Coke.
When we asked to speak with a manager about the food quality, we were told there was no manager on-site. The staff member attempted to call him, then told us he couldn’t be reached because he was working a second job. That lack of oversight is deeply concerning.
The environment added to the poor experience. Loud music made it difficult to have a conversation, likely because the space is also used as a bar. The location felt cramped, trying to combine a restaurant and bar in a space too small for either. To top it off, when the plates were cleared, we found a dead fly on the table—an unacceptable sign of...
Read moreMy first impression is "WOW!" My co-worker and I initially went to Panther City Barbecue for the Tuesday tacos. Fortunately for us, they were closed. It led us to our final destination. But before getting there, we stopped at Tres Amigos Tacos and Tequila, which was definitely a bust. Y'all can check out my review on that place. I'm actually glad it was a bust, because it led us to Taqueria San Andres and Larry's Taco Tuesday. The tacos de carne asada are deliciosos! If you order anything else, do yourself a favor and order at least one of those. They are amazing 👏 Domestic beers are at a bargain price of $2.50, tacos are $1.50. We were very content at that point but then we met Larry - one of the owners. He's pictured with my buddy and I. He told us that on Wednesdays and Thursdays the Margaritas are $3.00. Phenomenal! We were definitely impressed, Larry. We arrived at the office ranting and raving about Taqueria San Andres and will continue to do so among our family and friends. Thank you so much for the interaction, the willingness to take pictures with us, being so informative about the business, and your cordialness. We will certainly spread the word. We'll...
