2 things - I have tried MULTIPLE times to post a review based on one of my transactions and the app keeps telling me server error.
So here we go - the drive thru speaker volume is SO LOW. I was lucky I caught the greeting because based on how the conversation followed, it would have REALLY annoyed the greeter if I didnāt hear her.
I preordered a smoothie and it gave me an estimated pickup time. I pulled up and said I had an order and stated my name. Instead of telling me to give them a second or something similar I was asked āhow long ago did you orderā....um. I donāt know. I ordered then left my house? I was maybe THREE minutes early. The person mumbled something I couldnāt even hear and I said āIām so sorry I couldnāt hear you. Do you need me to go park in frontā? I work in a drive thru business. I know how cars waiting affect drive thru times. She said it again but I couldnāt hear. I said āIām sorry. The speaker is really quietā Then I get a āLIKE I SAID!!!!!!ā As if it was MY fault. I wasnāt blaming her for the speaker being quiet or being rude. But since she had to repeat herself she got mad at me.
We pulled in front of the shop and waited an additional 5 minutes PAST the scheduled time. The young man who brought us our SINGLE drink wasnāt wearing a mask, even though he was pleasant. No mask was definitely an issue. Now this interaction was about a month or so ago.
But today made me want to write an actual review and I was irritated I couldnāt post it on my transaction through the app. TODAY my husband went to this location around noon or a little after. Pulled up to the menu board and said there was a car at the window in front of him. He waited 7 minutes with NO GREETING. While he waited he noticed that the car at the window didnāt have any interaction either. No windows open. No money being exchanged. Nothing. Again. I work in a drive thru business. Did these people not hear the bell ringing CONSTANTLY in their ears????
Or is that speaker just SO INSANELY QUIET. If the speaker box is the issue someone needs to figure that out. However that doesnāt excuse how we were treated a month ago.

Went to this location and ordered 2 Angel food smoothies, but waited forever at the window just to pay not even including the wait time just to get my smoothies. Got on the freeway and what do you know? The smoothies didn't even taste nothing like what I ordered. Called to speak to the manager and got an employee posing to be a manager, he didnt even know what to say, when I told him that I ordered an Angel food, he said that all the ingredients for that smoothie they were out of, and that the truck was coming the next day with their shipment. I told him why didn't you tell me that in the first place so I could of order something else? He just kept on repeating that he can remake my drinks the next day. I finally told him fine, I'll be there the next day round the same time. I go the next day but this time I go inside, and what do you know? This place was a complete mess inside everything was dirty, floors, windows, counters, you would think they keep it some what clean or sanitized due to this whole covid thing but no. So I'm inside and no one was at the front, after 3 minutes everyone walks out from the back like if i bothered them and i stopped them from what they were doing. I explain to the person in charge about what happened yesterday and she couldn't even look at me, and had her head down at the register the whole time I talked to her, and all she said was that she would have someone make my order again. While they were making my order again, all I can see is fruit flies flying all over the place. This place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, I wish I would of seen the past reviews people left here before going to this place because I wouldn't of came to this nasty location, and from what i read in the comments the owner really sweeps everything you say under the rug, so what I'm leaving here is pointless lol! I came here on 3/1/25 and orders a smoothie bowl with some extra toppings and a power plus smoothie for my husband. After getting the order in the drive thru I noticed my smoothie bowl didnāt have any of the extra toppings and I let the girl know and she said āI put extraā I said āthere isnāt anything extra on this bowl and I paid extraā. I tried to get her to put my toppings on my bowl and she refused. I also told her the smoothie and the aƧaĆ in the bowl were very melty and she refused to change it. I called to speak with a manager who would not give her name but she was an older black woman by voice. She had quite the attitude with me while also informing me that she had heard about this like this occurring at this store a lot. She asked me to come to the store and I informed her Iād be a couple minutes because I was right around the corner. I got there and the staff had quite the attitude and took minutes to come to the window to inform me that the manager had just left. They also said they called her and she said sheād only replace the smoothie bowl with no extras and no substitutions. I told her that would not work because I am allergic to bananas and I need those substitutions. She said come back tomorrow to talk to the manager but I feel like sheāll just leave or not come in again. They didnāt care to help me. I need to speak with the owner or corporate...
