Wingstop — Restaurant in Fort Worth

UPDATE!!!!! You know what I have to come on here and really hand it to the ones who are in the kitchen and those who are in charge. I left a very long review almost in 2023. I was very disappointed with this place. My family and I refused to eat here, we would rather drive 15 minutes to Watuaga. Until one day my husband accidentally placed our order here. I would have rather ate something else than here, however we couldn't cancel it. But to our surprise, the food was hot and fresh. Very tasteful. Alright time past by several weeks later, we decided to order again. Same thing, food was excellent. Just ordered for the 3rd time this past Friday 09/26, we ordered online. Our order was ready within 20 minutes. And again. They made everything to order. Everything was well done as we like it and cooked to perfection. So I have to say Wingstop yall did that! Not sure if they are under new management but they really did listen to the customers and our complaints and made some positive changes! I feel confident spending my money and eating here to get my wing fix!

Do the people around here not know how to make fresh food? Do yall not know of flavor or seasoning? This gotta be one of the most sorriest Wingstops. I mean these reviews aren't lying. How come there is no change here? Is it corporate ran? If so someone needs to come and make some changes. When I first moved into the area, I ordered here I told the cashier I was scared to eat here because of the reviews on Google. She laughed and told me she would make sure my food was fresh. And it was. I've returned a few times after and the food is bogus. Aren't yall suppose to blanch the fries? It don't even seem like yall do. Wingstop is known for their fries. These are the most undercooked nastiest fries ever. Even the ranch be tasting different like they dont even follow the original recipe. Just recently my husband and I ordered from here which prompted me to leave this review. We usually get bone-in wings but we wanted to try the boneless wing deal and it was trash. The sauce made the wings cold. There was a piece of hair in the ranch. I don't know if it's the location, management, or because it looks like they got teenagers running this place but man get it together. This store is the closest to our home so naturally we go to this one! But NO MORE!!!! This store has NEVER got our order right the last 5 times we have ordered something!! This time was the one that took me over the edge..... My wife went in and ordered in person because it seems that no one working there can read the ticket when it comes in! I told her to make sure she checked the WHOLE order before she left out of there.... "which she didn't" So she gets home and there is a Whole order missing & one the the wings was a fried bone with no meat on it!! But they counted it as it was a good wing!!! So she goes back up there with the reciept and picture of the bone to get what they left off. They didn't say that they was sorry for the mistake and it was like it pissed them off that the screwed up our order once again! so they dumped a lot of parmesan on the boneless wings to show us how they felt about it I guess! and gave me one bone in wing for the fried bone they sent!! most places would have offered a meal for the screw up on thier part! becuse we had to go back up there... People there is a reason they get mostly 1 stars on thier reviews!!! AVOID THIS PLACE and drive a little further if you want your order done they way you...

Order was late. Order is always late. They either blame the staff, the computer or you. They ALWAYS forget some and screw up. Absolute garbage of a location. Awful management, awful staff. Rude and unprofessional. I go here because it’s in the neighborhood. I guarantee you if it was not in our neighborhood they would go out of business. All the comments on the bad reviews are a complete joke. If they cared they would change. They find new ways to screw up every time. This is finally the last time I go here. Eaten here 20+ times… Shame on me. I doubt they give a hoot about me, they surely don’t care about you.

Update: Their owners reached out and are really trying to make things better. This is the first time they have acted like they want to improve. Changed from 1 star to 2 stars.

Second update … again shame on me for going back. Rude and unhelpful staff - their website would not allow ordering of their most popular flavor - Original Hot - and the server snapped at anyone who would ask. Totally rude, totally unprofessional, management is absolute garbage to allow this to...
