Wingstop — Restaurant in Fort Worth

First and last time at this location. Placed order and made payment over an hour ago and they said I must’ve called it in somewhere else because it’s not on their system when I knew I confirmed with an employee on the phone that the order was made at this location. Manager seems like she hate her job and couldn’t even apologize or explain why my prepaid call in order wasn’t in their system. I showed them the transaction on my bank statement to prove that I had given my payment information over the phone and the payment was successfully processed. Had it not been for me overhearing the manager on the phone with her supervisor, I wouldn’t have ever known that their call in orders were not going through to the cook’s screens today… manager definitely lacks customer...

I did an online order for a ten piece meal and a 8 piece bone in meal as well and my ten piece only had 6 in it and my 8 piece only had 6 in it. Fries were soggy and cold and wings were cold as well, wish I could have gotten my money back. Especially not being able to go myself since I’m in labor and delivery at Baylor. I made the terrible mistake of ordering at this location when I thought it was the lovely 8th Avenue location 😢. My wings were horrible. I got all flats for the first time and I did not have a good experience. I am an avid WingStop lover and this experience made me question that. My wings were small and not seasoned very well at all. I paid $17.19 for a 10 piece mixed with Louisiana Rub & Garlic Parm, all flats, and 1 ranch. Very sad day in...
