First and last time at this location. Placed order and made payment over an hour ago and they said I must’ve called it in somewhere else because it’s not on their system when I knew I confirmed with an employee on the phone that the order was made at this location. Manager seems like she hate her job and couldn’t even apologize or explain why my prepaid call in order wasn’t in their system. I showed them the transaction on my bank statement to prove that I had given my payment information over the phone and the payment was successfully processed. Had it not been for me overhearing the manager on the phone with her supervisor, I wouldn’t have ever known that their call in orders were not going through to the cook’s screens today… manager definitely lacks customer...
