1st time experience was actually very good! My intention was to just grab a slice since I was in the neighborhood. Locked my keys in the car when I got out to go inside and I was only on 2% phone battery life. I tried to find my roadside assistance number and my phone died. The wonderful cashier ( Didn't get her name) hostess was kind enough to charge my phone up for me so I can get enough juice to call for a tow.
I went ahead and ordered an 18 inch half Impossible sausage half veggie pizza and grabbed me a hard cider while I waited. By the way that cider was amazing. Didn't get the name in a tall green can.
Very family friendly atmosphere. Music selections were good. I wish they had more tables for 2. They have 6 booths seats 6-8, but if 2 people sit there instead of at a table for 2 or 4 then single people like me don't want to be forced to sit high in the tall bar chair table seating area alongside the windows. The tables for 2 are pushed together to make a table for 4 and 6. I wanted to take one of the tables and separate it so I could sit lower but this mom and dad with their infant in a car seat took the table of six and pushed 2 of the 6 chairs together to sit the car seat in. Maybe the restaurant could consider getting high chairs which infant seats will fit in comfortably.
They have female and male restrooms but it's only for one person at a time.
My pizza tasted so good. I really love the crust which is made in house and it has some type of ranch sauce of some sort that you dip your pizza in. It too was good.
Menu was rather plentiful for a pizza spot.
Definitely plan on bringing people back to this spot. Great for late night get together.
Slices are like $5 and some change so I just opted for a 18 in that costs like $21. They have three different sizes of pizzas which the largest was like a 30-in. It's so huge! You would have to set it in the trunk if you were transporting it. Definitely would someone to hold the door open for you to get it...
ย ย ย Read moreOrdered a 18โ big meat pizza online while my 8 year old and my 1.5 year old played at Kid Mania. Drove to pick up pizza once they were done playing, order ready between 21:05 and 21:10. My significant other walks inside while I stay outside in the truck with the kids. She comes out 5 minutes later with a pizza that smells really good. I open the box to find a half a** made pizza with half the toppings that we saw on their online pictures. What ever, itโs late and UFC 291 main card already started. Get home and rush inside to turn on the fights, Ferguson vs Green still live. We all sit down and start going through the pizza. The sauce they give you is pretty good. How ever, only my significant other (32f) and I (33m) had the sauce. Out of the whole thing only 2 slices are left. We move the party to our bedroom where we have our 86โ tv. Before Poirier vs Gaethje even starts my 8 year old starts complaining her stomach hurts. What ever, we felt ok so we thought nothing of it. Anyways, Gaethje knocks out Poirier and we go to sleep. Comes 2am and my 8 year old wakes up throwing up and with diarrhea. At this point I know we are all in for a ride. Sheโs done with her episode at around 03:30, we all go back to bed. I woke up at 07:50 from stomach cramps, which I was already expecting. Significant other still sleeping and 1.5 year old still ok. I start doing things in the yard when my significant other comes outside saying she just had the runs as well. At this point my 1.5 year old is safe, cool deal. Comes 12:00 and she comes to get me because little dudes diaper wasnโt able to contain what came out of him. This pizza went through all 4 of us. What sucked the most was that I chose this spot because of its high rating and high amount of reviews. I sat at Kid Mania for over an hour researching pizza spots and I chose the worts spot. Utter garbage. I will be calling the restaurant and speaking...
ย ย ย Read moreNever been here before. Ordered for pick up. I got the Margherita. But I added pepperonis. Picked it up. It was on time, 7pm. Even though my text told me 7:10 or later. Glad I was early. It was very hot. I opened the box and I was surprised. I re-opened the box again and I looked at it. It looks NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ONLINE. Or rather- it looks the same if you only put like half of the ingredients. And I started to mention this but I didnโt because I have all these ingredients fresh at home. There mightโve been 4 total basil leaves in thirds (on an 18โ pizza), maybe 10 pepperonis, and 4 Roma tomato slices. Nothing like the picture. A very small drizzle of balsamic (even less than the pic-and I loveeee balsamic). In the picture, all of these ingredients were covering the pizza, from end to end. Also, my basil was almost brown.
I took the pizza home and dressed it up with fresh basil from my garden, and a truffle balsamic glaze. I added my own sauce on the side, and it was delicious.
So, the pizza was a good pizza. But I def had to dress it up to make it look like it originally should have looked.
They did give me a sauce on the side, which they told me comes with all pizzas. I tried it and it was a little garlicky- good for the crust! The store itself had packs of parm cheese and red pepper, which I took. And also Melindaโs Pizza Hot Sauce as a condiment for dine-in patrons. I tried that too and it was yummy! Got some to-go but didnโt use it yet.
All in all, I would go back. But I would make sure they make the pizza look a little more like the picture theyโre advertising instead of barely any toppings.
Pics I posted are what I took home, versus after I added additional of the same (basil...
