Normally I absolutely love Chick-fil-A as the food and service is almost always good. I went through the drive through during their peak busiest time on the day I visited this one. Their system and service for getting customers orders is, top notch best drive thru system I've seen yet- I'll give them that. That's what the one star is for.
But, their food however. Which is normally the best and healthiest fast food you can get. Is definitely lacking and seeing other recent reviewers I wasn't the only one with this issue. The food I got made McDonald's look × 10 more appeasing. Just the worst quality food I've ever seen from a Chick-fil-A. Which is very disappointing as I normally love there food and what I got was a SIMPLE meal at best!!
Basically I got a regular #1 with large fries, 12pc checken nuggets, and a large diet lemonade. Simple items from there menu that almost everyone gets.
Yet the burger was the first disappointment. I found it to be squished yet it was on top in the bag. Yet getting it to-go sometimes might happen in packaging. Only I discovered it was also the chicken! It was squished and looked as if it was recooked about three times! Just one cook away from being burnt. It was THAT bad and tasted just as disappointing.
Then at first glance I thought the fries and nuggets were promising. I was trying to be optimistic as I was hungry and it looked good at first. Only as I ate a few I discovered that the fries were VERY bland. Practically zero salt and as I ate a couple more waffle fries. I actually found out that they with 80% of the rest of the box ripped me off with leftover bits and pieces of waffle fries! You know the little pieces that you'd find at the bottom of a box or the cooking pan? Yeahhhh some genius in the kitchen decided that- waffle fry scraps purposely hidden with 3 actual whole waffle fries on top, and an overcooked flattened chicken sandwich. Was suuuuch a great meal to give to a customer.
Then I'll say unfortunately the chicken nuggets weren't much better.. Something was definitely off with the meat they used. The first two or so nuggets I had looked and were ok. But the rest just tasted really not right. I even had a friend try them and they said they did taste off. --In fact the diet lemonade was the only thing that tasted good and was worth any money.
Nevertheless I'm most definitely avoiding this Chick-fil-A from now on. NEVER again. I don't recommend it at all and in fact highly encourage other Chick-fil-A lovers to veer away if possible. At least until they get there act together and actually start serving people good quality food like they're paying for.
They seriously need new management for the inside service and food. Other reviews here have reported PLASTIC in their sandwich, receiving bad quality food as well, and not so clean dining in areas. Not only this, but there's also reports of them IGNORING customers when they've tried to report things like this.
This place seems to be becoming a hazard in the making. I just hope they get new management and get their act together before any legal issues...
Read moreRecently came through as I always have to pick up an order for a customer. Upon entering the establishment I was greeted as I have always have. Which was welcoming. I proceeded to the pickup area and gave name of customer to what seem to be a new employee. She looks at the rack and said they're still working on that order. It will be finished soon. I politely said ok and made my way to the waiting area where others were waiting as well. After all others received there orders, I'm still waiting. Mind you my order consist of 2 waffle fries, an eight piece nugget, a salad and two lemonade drinks. 15+ minutes have now passed. The same girl that I first talked to was now engaged in a conversation with a young Indian girl. As I tuned in I could hear the conversation being said. She says to the Indian girl you know I'm making the order late as she smiles and slightly laughs, both smiling at this point. The Indian girl glances in my direction and starts talking to the other girl and asks her who's order... Which the other one says... The doordash order. She glances at me smiling and walking away further towards the middle of their area which was centered between the drive thru and the front register. 20 minutes is now passed and at this point what was said is true. I have now waited 20 minutes on an order that was now about to be late 30+ minutes. I get up from the waiting area and say as loudly as possible... HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE THE SALAD... Which she giggled and turned. A young Caucasia, short and almost look like a kid comes as professional as can be and said they're still making the salad. Another tall Caucasian male about 6"2 ask me who's order was I waiting on do he could better assist me. I said it is for Shanekwa. He goes to the back and comes back to me and said another few moments please. I waited the needed extra time. Everyone else came and left. At this point you have diners, customers and others starting to notice what is going on. I've never had this issue before. I clearly heard her tell the other girl she was intentionally delaying my order. If I had unassigned this order the customer would have not only been hungry, but also had to wait an extra 30-60 minutes for another dasher to claim and deliver the order. So I politely waited an extra 3 minutes for the order. The young Caucasian man brought over the order and apologized for the lateness. He was very professional and I really appreciated that. However my rating stands because the restaurant is founded on respect and integrity. Customer service upon everything is important in the workforce. Race, looks or something else does not or should not play a role in customer service. I was deeply troubled by this young ladies behavior. I would definitely love to speak with corporate and or hold a meeting to go over what happened. This is unacceptable behavior. If this was done to me, I'm sure other dashers, UE and other delivery dashers have experienced this...
Read moreThis is one of thee worst Chick-fil-As I've been to (besides the one in Waxahachie, Tx) and I regard myself as a Chick-fil-A "connoisseur", considering how many Chick-fil-As (in many different States) I've been to and how often I eat there. Ohio has some of the best!!! Which seems crazy, but it's true. 30% of the time that I've gone to the Beavercreek, Ohio location (near the Fairfield Commons Mall), someone was "paying it forward", the staff was always pleasant, got orders correct and if not, they'd fix it without any issues. The facility was always clean, too! Love you guys!!!
This specific location has some of thee most rude employees with no zest to their personalities, and certainly no smiling or the typical Chick-fil-A saying "Absolutely.. My Pleasure". And there were a LOT of employees at the time I stopped by (approx 11am)..it's not like they were drowning because it was busy and they didn't have enough staff! In my opinion, this is more than likely a management issue or they like to hire a lot of people with unhappy/poor personalities.
I was waiting for my food for a lonnng time, but it was just sitting on the counter..no one had called my name or anything! And I've never been and a member not YELL out the person's name when they were picking up/dining out! Until NOW! The "well done" fries I asked for tasted like they were stale! And they were cold, so how is that fresh and well done?!
The only nice thing I can say about this location was at least the facility was clean, including the...
