Woolley's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I have always loved Woolley's. Ever since they used to visit my kids' elementary and middle schools (my oldest is now 29). I would give them each a couple dollars so they could get a treat from Woolley's. I love that it is a locally owned small business instead of a huge corporation. They stay open late. They have ice cold bottled coca cola and other soft drinks in a glass bottle, which anyone who drinks soda knows is the most delicious way to drink a coke. They also have frozen custard pies and cookie sandwiches you can buy to keep at home. Everyone who's ever worked there has been lovely to interact with. Wooleys Frozen Custard recently provided service at a school event for teachers and staff. Unfortunately, there was a notable concern regarding customer service during the experience. One of the teachers made a request for several toppings on their order, but the server offered multiple excuses as to why those requests could not be fulfilled. This situation highlights a broader issue regarding the respect and recognition that educators often lack. Great little shop. I had been craving frozen custard and we just so happened to pass by it. Prices are great, our family of 4 got exactly what we each wanted and the bill came out to be under $20. Staff is super friendly and patient with littles. You can create your own or choose from a variety of favorites on the menu. I love that I can walk in and grab a quart or gallon of my favorite flavor to take home. We will be visiting again. Unfortunately, we didn't get pics as we all dug in immediately.
