There are hardly words that can be used to express the horrendous service that I received from the Ft Wright, KY manager known as Shawna. I placed an order online under my husband's name. My husband drove down and was handed the bag by a male employee. We opened the bag once we arrived at home. I told my husband that they gave him the wrong order. So my husband drives back down to the restaurant and he tells them that he was given the wrong order. The man apologized and stated that they several messed up orders today. My husband returned home with the order. As I looked in the bag, I noticed that my large curly fry wasn't in the bag. I call the number on the receipt, and a female answers hello. I said is this a manager, the female replied yeah. I said your name is...she replied Shawna. The female said who is this. I replied with my name. I explained the situation to her. Shawna said well your husband took the wrong bag. I said no ma'am, a male employee handed my husband the bag. Shawna said so what was missing. I replied the large curly fry is missing, how exactly does that get missed when it was clearly printed on the receipt? Shawna replies uh you need to come correct with me and not have an attitude. I replied what attitude. I said you asked the question and I gave you an answer. I said ya know what just give me your corporate number and I'll take it up with them. Shawna replies you can Google it. I said I can Google it, are you seriously refusing to give me the corporate number?! She said you need to come correct. Then she she says it's on the receipt. I said no ma'am, the number listed on the receipt is for your location. I said that's fine, I'll Google it. Shawna stated well I'll call my boss before you speak to corporate, and then she hung up on me. I contacted the corporate customer service number and requested a call back from a District Manager or higher. Arbys has the potential to be a really great restaurant, however, this location needs a complete overhaul. Your managers are a reflection of your business. Clean house! Hire friendly, welcoming managers, and employees across the board that take pride in their work, as well as their customer service skills! Until this happens at this location, patrons should go elsewhere. Spend your hard earned money at a place that genuinely appreciates...
Read moreSo let me start by saying I was a "Certified Unit Trainer" for Arby's(Crescent Springs location) owned by RMI from 2007-2010. I try to be understanding when I receive poor service, with that being said this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. I ordered my meal off the Arby's app and was informed the food would be ready in less than ten minutes. I drive and get there about 15 minutes later. My food is not in the "pick up" shelf area. I am forced to wait in the very long line to speak to anybody. After an additional 15 minutes I speak to the cashier and tells me "Hold on its coming up". These things unfortunately happen so I continue to wait People who ordered after me are getting food served to them while I still wait. The cashier/food runner finial asks me what I order I began to tell him when he cuts me off and says "Can you just get your phone out??". I am very frustrated at this point but continue to wait. The cashier calls to the back line for my food where they say "It is already up!". I should note they had a total of 6 employees working in the restaurant which is a little short in my experience for a lunch rust but does not justify the wait times. They had 2 people on the back line, one cashier, one food runner and one drive thru worker. The manager seemed more with keeping his flat bill had straight then working the backline. My food has been sitting on that counter with no heat lamp for at least 30 minutes. The bad has it's sticker/seal torn open and is wide open. He finally gives me the food in this crinkled open bag. The jalapeño poppers are room temperature but it appears the rest of my food is in the bag. At this point I just need to get back to work after this almost 45 minute experience. I get back and open the sand which that is wrapped and labeled as a double roast beef(what I ordered) and its some type of hamburger drenched in some type of orange sauce. This was completely unacceptable and I will NEVER return to a RMI...
Read moreFebruary 22, 2025, around 12:45 pm. I ordered a #9 Swiss Bacon Chicken sandwich meal everything made to order through the drive-thru. Upon pulling to the window, I noticed a woman staring me down as if I shouldn't be here. I can only assume that, but I didn't like how she looked at me. Upon getting my order, my fries weren't fresh. So I asked the person who was in doing the drive-thru window. These fries aren't fresh, I ask for made to order fries. He acted if he didn't want to do it, but he said okay, and it would take about a few minutes. Can you up to wait. It nearly took 10 minutes before I had to get out of the car to see what was going on. I noticed the person who was the employee of the month was about to give me fries directly to me without putting my order of fries in a bag. When I said what is the going put my fries in a bag while I was at the door because it took about ten minutes before I came in. When I said that, the same woman who stared at me had a little attitude because I said my stuff needed to be in a bag. As much I come to this particular Arby's because they Swiss Bacon Chicken sandwich is on point when it made fresh. I've been here multiple times. The fact that I felt mistreated, like their customer service were very unprofessional. I'm pretty sure that it wouldn't happen to that next customer that...
