I feel like chipotle as a whole has been on a decline as of late, not necessarily just this one but this location is just the most recent to piss me off. Parts of my orders are often incorrect or missing when I get them delivered but I donāt complain because Iām not the person looking for compensation. I will say in the rare occasions I have made a complaint, the restaurant has always done right by me. Iāve been served rotten guacamole that was not just brown but entirely inedible, have gotten the guacamole with unripened avocados taking up most of the cup, missing drinks, chips etc but today was a first. Today I ordered my usual order and sent my boyfriend to pick it up. Someone had taken our food. The resolution was just the feedback, āsomeone picked up your order.ā They would not remake it or refund my money. I spend $40 on two burritos and some chips and youāre going to throw a ātough luckā at me? I call the restaurant and have to navigate an endless series of prompts only to be hung up on. I have to āchat with a pepper,ā and have to go through more prompts. Iām 30 minutes into not having my lunch and being out $40. Iām over it. I manage to finally get resolution. A refund was issued and for all my trouble, a free drink. I donāt want the free stuff but thanks for a $3 drink I guess? Funny thing about that is I was already collecting a free drink with this order for the last time I ordered one and didnāt get it. I always talk up chipotle. I love their catering and have selected it for many office lunches. I eat there fairly often⦠or I did before they started screwing my orders up but now they just dismiss me when I tell them there is a problem. Iāll go somewhere else to hemorrhage money on stupid tacos
EDIT: I took a hiatus and made another order. I got the same thing I always get. The guacamole was too salty to eat. The chips were stale. Pieces of the beans and rice were crunchy. There was no pico. The worst is the cheese or something in my burrito tasted almost rancid. Like it was made with grated Swiss cheese or something. It was funky⦠but in a bad way. Literally no part of this meal was enjoyable. I have never eaten a burrito out of sheer anger and frustration but alas⦠here I am. No bueno. 0 out of 10. This chipotle location is absolute trash. As for reaching out to the company directly, itās the most cumbersome customer service operation on the planet. I think the DMV can navigate their customer service better and thatās...

I went to this Chipotle on my lunch at 12:15pm on Saturday. No line. Young kid made my usual bowl just fine. Lid wasnāt on the whole way and it spilled out on to the counter when the cashier was bagging it after I paid. It happens, no big deal at all, this isnāt what the bad review is about.
I went back in line behind another customer and the same guy started making my bowl again. He does good again, but then comes in a lady from the online station that was HORRIBLE.
She was shorter, wears a mask, glasses, and the hat. She starts at the fajitas, which she gives me a tiny little serving of, so I ask for more, and get another minuscule bit and she throws the tongs back in the bin. Move on to cold toppings, gives me MAYBE a quarter scoop of medium salsa. I asked for more and she rapid fires another small scoop on there reluctantly. I ask for double corn, as always, which she gives me two half scoops of. Thatās not the point of asking for double corn. So I ask for more corn. She seemed so annoyed, but gets me more. Finishes the rest of the bowl in a rush and does a little āTADAā hands as if she did some impossible magic trick, which really annoyed me. Finally, she writes double chicken on the lid, which I didnāt get or even ask for. Luckily I already paid for my previous bowl that was spilled, so it didnāt matter.
Guy at the register tried to give me a free drink for the trouble, I didnāt want it but it was nice to offer.
I wish I said something to that lady while I was there. She was rude, in a rush, doing her job poorly, and seemed annoyed. I pray she isnāt the manager there because that would be embarrassing. Iāll never go back to this Chipotle because of her...

In my opinion this is uncalled for you are open till 10 you should have enough to last you till you close and if you run out you should make more. Also sign on door says we can only accept cash if exact change. And when we go to pay with a card we were told sorry are system is having problems and we can only take cash. Also the air in the restaurant was not functioning properly. So in my opinion this is a poor management you should have closed the store at the point you realized you were having issues instead of telling people sorry are system is been acting up all day and with this beening said I will never be back at this location again I would rather drive a extra 20 mins to a location I know that will not be rude about how the handle and talk to people and who I know is well prepared because a well prepared store is the one that will last not a store that runs out of everything and doesn't tell people sorry but there is nothing we can do about it and would rather throw food away then make a customer happy our shut down when the knew they are...
