Don't bother going here. My date ordered 10wings all flats. I ordered 6 boneless. Mine were edible, - but 3 of them were dry - obviously not fresh. ALL 10 of my dates Wings were "old, hard and dry", he told me. We DID make our server, RJ, aware of our discontent with the food. My date was hesitant to complain - it's not a good look on a first date, right ? 🫣 RJ offered to "drop a new batch" but my date declined - out of a time inconvenience. We were meeting friends later & had no extra time. Wings take a while to cook properly. We didn't even ask for our bill to be comped. My date probably would have felt embarrassed, I'm guessing.. Shame on me for not stepping up and asking for some accommodation right then - a credit or half off our bill...? I also didn't want to look like a "Karen" on a date ! Btw, my name is Karen 🤣 I've slept all day - late night of drinks & I'm on vacation here 😊 for 4 days... Today, it continued to bug me that $30.00 was spent on food that wasn't worth that !! Oh, and we drank water. There weren't ANY drinks on our bill. So today, I phoned that Ft,Wright, Kentucky BW3s location to ask if something could be done to "right" this wrong. The girl that answered the phone said yes and was extremely polite. But put me on hold. Enter Manager Dan.. Manager Dan, is refusing to make it right. I actually called back again, in about 10 minutes, (I'm persistent & was just Really BOTHERED that this Manager could care less.) I informed him of my 2.5 million views of my reviews and that I would be posting a Less-than-desirable review of his location. Again, he was robotic - repeating, "we could have done something last night but not today." Hmmm.. Why, I asked... Reason: because he doesn't know anything about it. Didn't i JUST EXPLAIN to him what occurred? Yes I did. Thoroughly. I even shared my recall of RJ's name, our order, the time we visited, and our conversation with RJ describing our negative food concerns. Thorough ? Yes. I even asked Dan if he didn't believe me. 👀 He said he wasn't the Manager last night. ☆Guess that means he's calling me a liar.
Then I asked - always nicely - if he could ask RJ - our server - about it & I'll stop in, before I fly back to NY, to pick up a credit. Nope. Dan stood firm and still refused to help me by making this right.
In these tough financial times, as branches of restaurants are closing!!, restaurants SHOULD WANT the few customers they get to be SATISFIED, right ? Ya'd think so. Oh, forgot to mention the place was EMPTY! We were 2 of the 6 people there. Saturday night. 9:45. Loads of TVs showing ANYTHING you'd wanna see in this sports-bar-type place. WOW !! We even commented on that to RJ immediately. We should have followed our gut & left before we sat down, right ?! Those first date manners... ya don't wanna seem like a jerk. So we didn't rock the boat. Lesson learned.
To pour some salt into my proverbial wound, Dan informed me - - They did comp some wings at the bar because they were cold. Great. Thanks Dan.
So I guess shame on us for not speaking up last night. We won't be back to this location for wings ever again.
This post is Just a heads' up to folks dining out. Food is more expensive. Don't waste your money by going to this location. And - if a place is EMPTY on a Saturday night at Peak party time.... LEAVE. Just the good oleTruth...

We complain to the waitress that we were a family and wanted to eat together we had to cover the first to peoples food with napkins to try to keep it somewhat warm while waiting for the rest of the food. The first meal was brought out it was brought out on a tray with food for another table the second person‘s meal was brought out on a tray with food for another table why would you not bring everybody’s food for that table at one time it wasn’t a large party it wasn’t like 30 meals that you couldn’t carry at one time it was five meals why would you bring it out separately we all came together we wanted to eat dinner together and instead two of us ate cold food because we waited for the other people in our party to get their meals because those are my children. The cooking staff was ready to walk out they were sick and tired of the way the manager is treating them the waitresses were upset they were being yelled at by customers and that’s not fair to them when it’s the manager who’s telling them to take food one at a time to people instead of cooking everybody in that parties meal and taking care of it. Once we sit down and order our food , we can kinda smell what seems to be a bursted sewer pipe or some sort. Which no big deal we understand things happen but then we got our food that we ordered. We ordered $120 worth of wings and appetizers. The food was out in less than 10 minutes and every single piece of food that was brought out was extremely cold. You could tell the food we just got served had been sitting out for hours maybe even days. The food was as horrible and we have always came to this location and never had a problem before. Once we asked to speak to a manager, he then came out and said that he will not apologize to us as he is trying to fix the problem. We then went and told him we don’t feel comfortable paying for this food that is not fresh And he proceeded to tell us that there is nothing he can do. He cannot comp our bill. Needless to say, we likely won’t be coming back to this location as we still had to pay for that garbage plus we still left a $30 tip for the server And she didn’t even say thank you.. it was like we were a burden to the staff for our food being cold and our service not being up to par.
