Burger King — Restaurant in Fortuna Foothills

There was a cashier helping another customer, and another worker named Thomas also near the front counter. As I approached Thomas asked me what I would like, I asked for an Ice cream cone. At this time the customer ahead of me left and another cut in front of me and also ordered an ice cream (hot day). Thomas (who later said he was the manager). Said he would let the cashier ring me up. I said I was first, I waited longer, I wanted to be helped in the same order that he knew I was at. He than began threatening to have me removed from the restaurant, I do not understand why he was the one raising his voice to threaten me, when I was speaking with a rational voice wanting a peaceful solution. I served 20 years mostly with 1st Marine Division and have no doubt if he asked me to meet him outside, I would have enjoyed what would have happened. That said in the civilian world I would be arrested, that is why I did not act in a disrespectful way, I came back called Thomas to ask for the store number (I intended to make a complaint). He pointed at the glass door and said it’s there. I informed him it wasn’t there, but I needed him to give it to me. He told me he was busy, and I will have to wait. After visiting my mother in the hospital who has terminal cancer, my father and I decided to stop by Burger King to get ourselves a whopper and fries. When we received our food we decided to get into the fries, to our dismay they were cold, not just cool, they were ice cold like they had been sitting out. You might say, why didn't you go right back and complain, I'll tell you why. How does a Burger King run out of Bacon at 9:30pm on a Friday night? I went into Google Maps to find out what time this Burger King closed, and then I looked at the menu to see what I wanted before I got there. I ordered a Bacon King and Onion Rings in the Drive-thru and the cashier says ok but we're out of bacon. I didn't want to hassle finding something else on the menu and said ok.
