Subway — Restaurant in Fortville

There are few fast food places in Fortville, but I will probably never eat here again. Drove to drive thru, yelled into speaker, nothing. Drove up to window & yelled again, nothing. Banged on glass when a staff slowly ambled up to window. When I mentioned speaker not working, just shrugged shoulders & said it probably wasn't on. She walked away from window. I asked if there was anyone who could take my order & she glared at me & held up her pen. I ordered a roasted chicken sandwich w/tomato, lettuce & Ranch dressing side. Finally made my sandwich but forgot ranch. As I was starting to drive away, she said next time I should walk in so I wouldn't waste time yelling into speaker & that I could have broken the window. When expressed shock, she just shrugged her shoulders & said it was't her problem, to which I replied that yes it was. After all this my sandwich was horrible - I didn't get the roast chicken, just a chicken patty. She put the lettuce & tomato in a bag that leaked all over my sandwich plus she put lettuce & tomato on my sandwich which left my bread a soggy mess, plus the lettuce was dripping wet and discolored. The Ranch I requested was just a small dab, not nearly enough for a footlong.

The store also has the seafood delight on menu, but when I tried to order it was told it's only available for special occasions, but they couldn't tell me when that would be. Last time I tried to order this, I was given a tuna...

I wouldn't have posted if it weren't for the 100th horrible experience! I live in Fortville and for the last decade have learned to live with "sub" par service! I own a small business of my own and deal with horrible reviews from time to time from crazy customers that expect the world from you. That being said, this is NOT one of those. Here I am in the drive through for 15 minutes staring at my already made sandwich on the drive through counter, I finally lost it. The kid helping customers was totally oblivious to the fact he had made me a sub and placed it at the counter. I sat there patiently as I watched customer after customer rung up at the front counter. Finally I honked once, waited 15 seconds, honked twice and only a twitch from his face. I then LAID on the horn and finally he asked what I wanted??!!! The damn sandwich on the counter in front of you!!! He looked puzzled at me and somehow realized he took the order, made the sandwich and then walked off into oblivion! ???? But it's ok, he said sorry and gave it to me so alls well. -I'm NEVER going there again-

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star! We were the ONLY ones in the drive through granted us not knowing how their day went, how many people were working, or online orders etc. BUT there should be no reason why I state exactly what I want, and in between we keep getting asked, “is that all is that all anything else anything else” it is my fault for using the drive through it was clearly a big mistake because of course they forget not one, but 4 veggies I asked for on our sandwich, got our chips wrong (which we did not care we left and kept them because whatever chips are chips) but I am highly upset it’s like the guy at the window wasn’t even listening because at first he ask what kind of sandwich I told him a cold cut combo and then proceeded to ask me anything else and didn’t even ask if I wanted veggies, chips or a drink in the first place I had to ask. Just horrible customer service. Unless you want to get all the way home with items missing from your sandwich don’t use the drive through so you can watch what they...
