Decided to try this place again after my experience last time, iv recommended people to this business, iv talked about this restaurant on my uncles radio show, my father used to be the governor of arizons, i come from a very wealthy good family. And one of the things I look at when I come to a restaurant isn’t just the food. It’s a multitude of things. How the services is is a server friendly is a server. Nice is the food delivered in a normal timeframe is the food good How’s the noise level? How’s the restaurant? Is it a welcoming restaurant? There’s a lot of things that I look at and I’ve decided after this visit I’m going to give it one more shot, but if they don’t hit They will lose me as a customer and 30 other people that’s how it works unfortunately, I don’t know how to express the restaurants but people that are spending money choose And they don’t like that for any reason Food Or you know don’t like the service they won’t go and spend their money there. That’s their choice. A restaurant needs to make sure they’re hitting the customers marks that’s why they’re open. So let me discuss my restaurant experience today first off the server wasn’t checking on me asking me how my meal was. I had to ask for a glass of water he should’ve seen my glass was empty and he should’ve gone ahead and put water in my glass glass. Next, when I say thank you to a server doesn’t matter if I tipped him 20% or not if I say thank you to a server, he should be thankful back and say you’re welcome. Makes me regret giving him any tip. Normally he’s a pretty cool guy, but I don’t know if he was in a bad mood today or what was going on, but he wasn’t as friendly as normal next the papaya salad is amazing. Your food is great. That’s what keeps me coming. But way too much dressing in the salad today it was almost overflowing, less stressing. You don’t have to fill up the whole bowl with dressing. Next this is a professional workplace. It’s a restaurant you have money. You make good money at this restaurant don’t be cheap. Pay for daycare or leave your child with a family member and there’s no reason why when I’m trying to get away and have some peace I should hear your kid that’s not even my child screaming, and yelling when I’m trying to relax and think about my life and process things I was totally inappropriate totally unacceptable. That child is not belong in that place. I wanna save money, but there’s no reason to bring your child to restaurant. I’m telling you it doesn’t help your business. Grow your child out of control yelling and screaming. I mean I’m glad it wasn’t the owner screaming this time and fighting thank God, but a child should not be in the workforce that was unacceptable. I’m sitting there trying to eat my meal and trying to relax and every three seconds. I hear this kid screaming And I get you’re trying to your kid in the back and what not but you should’ve brought a bunch of toys for your kid. You should be like you know feeding your kid giving your kid things to do so your kids not screaming and yelling I mean, I could hear your child over the music. That’s how loud your kid was. It was not cool. It was ruining my meal . so let’s reiterate I’m gonna give this place one more chance one last chance you know and that’s more than I get most people but I like you guys I like the restaurant I think maybe you guys are just slacking recently I spent a lot of money there. I have a lot of family that goes there. My father was the governor would go to your restaurant. But that’s all gonna change if you guys don’t fix your issues so let me reiterate I don’t wanna hear a crying baby while I don’t wanna hear the owners fighting to be drowning, drowning with dressing and I want the server to be friendly, nice and appreciative of my business. I’m not asking for too much. I’m asking very very reasonable things here. I spent a lot of money here I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars dollars at your your restaurant the least you can do is honor of the small request that I have or I won’t be back...
Read moreLittle unassuming Thai restaurant with incredible service and wonderful, vibrant, ample, complex dishes. We had 2 of the daily specials; the crab rolls and seafood green curry. The crab rolls were advertised as having real crab and the appetizer consisted of three 2-bite-sized rolls on a small bed of carrots and cabbage with a side sauce. Delicious. They were like rolled crab cakes lightly breaded and lightly fried, moist and meaty on the inside. The sauce complemented without overpowering the crab. The seafood green curry was delicious and loaded with mussels, squid, tail-on shrimp, and large scallops. Sometimes green curry can be bland but while this dish was ordered mild spice, the flavor was complex. My main course was red curry with chicken with a spice level 4 out of 5. Filled with fresh vegetables and large thin slices of chicken breast the curry was everything you'd want in a red curry. 4 out of 5 was on point for those enjoying authentic Thai spice levels. Unsweetened Iced tea was a flavorful black iced tea. No alcohol/liquor license but you can bring your own with a $4 cork fee. Desert was the daily special flan sticky rice and it was the perfect end to a wonderful meal. Service was excellent; never had to ask for iced tea to be refreshed and server knew the menu in detail. First time there and will definitely...
Read moreCame to fountain hills for a little weekend getaway from Mesa. I was starving and needed food ASAP. My husband googled food and said “you want Thai”? Ummm YES. We head there, order and I ask to replace the orange chicken with tofu. They seem skeptical, but said sure. They fry up the tofu and will use the sauce. Sounds great to me! Well little did I know this would be the most amazing tofu I have ever had. If you’re a vegetarian/vegan you must order the tofu in place of the meat. It’s so good and I will def be making special trips to fountain hills for this place. Oh and we got the Thai fried rice and I was shoving it in my face on the way to the hotel raving about how good it was. This is a must eat...
