Park Place at Fountain Hills — Local services in Fountain Hills

A nice place to live and so convenient to Fountain Park and surrounding shops and eating establishments. The management staff is very attentive to residents and quickly remedy issues that come up from time to time. Resident manager is very sharp and perceptive. She and her staff strive to ensure residents feel good about living here. I hope Mark Taylor continues to make Park Place an even better place to live by making improvements such as security cameras and some cosmetics.

UPDATE- After living here 10+ months, here is my revision for those considering to live here. First and foremost, only take a top floor apartment. The noise level from neighbors is very apparent due to poor sound insulation. We can hear footsteps, washing machine cycling, vacuuming and even toilet flushes from neighbors above!! The former site manager was replaced and that is a shame because she was very attentive to residents needs. I've noticed a slight decline in cleanliness of the grounds and building. PP is still a nice place based on convenience and some amenities but three important areas need to be addressed.

I love living at Park Place! I had been thinking of moving to Fountain Hills for a couple years because it's so beautiful, peaceful, and close enough to Scottsdale, but wasn't really impressed with the existing apartment complexes. I was thrilled to learn a new complex was being built and love how modern and nice Park Place is! My one-bedroom is spacious and has the perfect layout.

Another thing worth mentioning is the staff at Park Place - they are all phenomenal! Dex and Rich were extremely helpful in the leasing process and continue to provide great service with whatever I need. I've lived here about a month and have no issues or complaints thus far. I haven't needed to call maintenance but see them around the complex all the time and they are so friendly.

The other residents are very respectful and I NEVER hear my neighbors. This is definitely a place anyone would feel comfortable living at and a nice change from the crazy, loud, "riff raff" type places I toured in Scottsdale...

Park Place Apartments is the best place to live. The staff are amazing and work so hard to keep the residents happy! Mark, Allie, Aaron, Tim, Javel, & Jake! They are the best team. Friendly, helpful, keep everything so clean, and make sure they offer a very luxurious lifestyle. The amenities are amazing and we use them all the time and there is always a cleaning staff making sure they shine. The residents are very friendly and become your friends offering help in any way. We are signing another 18 month lease and have lived here a year. It’s very quiet and clean which makes it very enjoyable. The pool area is clean and got new pool furniture making an attractive place to enjoy. I would rate living here 10 stars! There are many restaurants to walk to, the Fountain across the street, and many town events to enjoy. We will be living here a long time. Park Place staff makes the place great! C...
