wow โฆ where to begin with Street of New York in Fountain Hills. After a long day of moving my mother in law into the town .. she wanted to grab dinner to go . We went to order 2 large pizzas and garlic knots - and from the start the cashier was rude and disheveled . The facility was mildly busy โฆ. So we couldnโt understand the flustered angry attitude but โฆWe let it slide - even have her a tip . We waited for about 10 minutes and proceeded to ask the manager how long . They said 25 minutes . We went to a nearby store and came back 30 minutes later . They were all scrambling to find our order when they saw us waiting again . The cashier (in training ) approached the manager in private - then smiggishly came to us with this response โItโs going to be another 24 minutes because we are backed upโ. The place was not busy and I could tell it was a matter of not entering our order at all . The cashier wasnโt concerned but rather cold and said โthatโs what they told me to tell youโ and she marched off. With it being nearly 8 oโclock and having to feed a hungry 6 year old we asked for a refund - which was also a joke . The manager was rude in giving us a refund and sarcastically yells โhave a great day โ as we walked out the door . I told her we wonโt be back . Customer service hit a new low in the town of...

Why the cook told me if it is a employee onky? She was busy serving other customer. And I didn't know this hallway is "Employee Only". If I knew that, I never go. And it was not , she was so rude to me. She came to me and said why you took your Pizza? Go out of my restaurant and never see you back. If you won't I'll call cops for you. I never see this customer service anywhere. She talked to me infront of all customer were sitting right there in the restaurant. I called the Corporate office and I talked to the top manager his name is Rick Peterson. He is a nice guy. He listened to me and he solved my problem. I'm glad I called because I was very sad....
ย ย ย Read moreTravis, assumed manager at Streets of New York, took it upon himself to provide what he deemed an "educational moment" after a delivery mix-up. Despite our explicit request for a 6:15 PM delivery via Grubhub, the pizza arrived at 5:30 PM. Travis's explanation? Their system can not identify timed orders through grubhub. His solution? Call the store directly next time. Oh, and he graciously offered to REHEAT and redeliver the original food at the correct time. But let's offer Travis a real education:
Own up to your mistakes instead of trying to justify them.
Remake the order so you are not serving reheated food.
If you can't handle simple requests, ditch the app.
Our rating (2) was increased by one due to the delivery person's kindness.
Spare us the condescending lectures, especially when you're the one who needs schooling.
And by the way, regardless of your preference, Chicago style pizza reigns supreme over New York...
