I'm usually not the one to come to leave bad reviews because I work in retail and I understand a bad day BUT, today I witnessed something that is REALLY bothering me and I can't just keep it to myself.. something has to be done and fixed about it..
The young man who took my order, (I'm unsure of his name but he was younger, had dark hair, and wore glasses) was AMAZING. He had to ask the manager AT LEAST five times for her to come give him her finger print in order to continue to take my order.. each time he was ignored as if he wasn't even there; after a good three minutes of him being ignored and asking multiple times, she came and put her thumb on the machine... I then paid for my order and my kids and I continued on to the pop machine. I then heard the woman manager raising her voice at that same young man, asking him what size fries I had ordered, when he responded that he didn't remember she raised her voice even more to say "are you kidding me!? You took the order and you can't even remember!?" She then asked me what size fries I had ordered in a very rude and condescending manner. In the short time I was there, I witnessed the young man who took my order get talked down to AT LEAST four times; every time she spoke it was about something different than what she was raising her voice at him about previously.. The way she was speaking to her employees is NOT okay.. there's absolutely NO REASON someone should have to be treated so awfully while trying to make an honest dollar.. maybe someone should retrain the manager in not only how to speak and treat her employees but, also customer service and how she speaks to her customers as well.
I really hope this review reaches someone who can fix this issue and it ACTUALLY gets addressed.

As a location so close to an important travel hub, right by the beeline, it is unconscionable that they can have such poor and slow service at a location where customers are practically handed to them on a silver platter. And this wasn't even during a rush.
Their rating speaks for itself, and if you're getting a quick meal before heading up the beeline or right after arriving back in the valley, you'd be better off visiting literally any of the other fast food joints in the immediate area. We just needed something quick before heading north to Payson and I regret not checking the reviews beforehand.
We were the only car in the drive thru when we went. We sat at the mic for a solid minute before a grumpy voice greeted us. We gave our order and drive thru, handing our card to the unenthusiastic cashier. We exited the drive thru and parked to check the bags to realize there was no milk in our kid's meal. No problem, my husband decided to just run in and grab one and a few napkins since they forgot that, too.
Over 20 minutes later, as I unbuckled our daughter from her car seat to go see what was happening and if my husband had been caught up in some kind of Die Hard\ McDonald's situation, my husband finally came out with 2 milks and no napkins.
He'll tolerate much more than I will, but he'd had enough. It took them forever just to grab him a milk from the fridge, were out of napkins because the staff was moving so slowly. It wasn't even busy but the staff was moving just that slowly. When he complained, they gave him an extra, unneeded milk (for some reason??) but it did nothing to solve the issue that they had just wasted 20 minutes of our lives for a kid's milk. Read moreCompletely irritated by tonights service! I was ignored at the drive thru and I had to be the one to say something after one whole song played. I left after several songs played and I still received no help. My order was on the app and I still got charged for an order not received. More communication needs to be had at the speaker! I left and should never have been charged. I never said what my order code was so why did I get charged after getting food elsewhere. I got the email receipt showing I got charged when I got home. I called this location and was told to come back knowing well what time it was. I headed back and again was completely ignored! I knocked on the windows, doors, called again and no answer and I even honked. I do not live down the street so coming back to the location and takes time and gas away from me. I left the store at 11:40 again I was ignored after being told on the phone by a woman with a strong Spanish accent to return. I took a photo of the letter I wrote with the same details also with the person who was aware I was there but continued to ignore me as if I was standing there for fun. You really should not be telling people to return with screenshots of their order and digital receipts just to leave them waiting outside like that wasn't the original problem that made me leave in the 1st place. Let me also mention I came back home to cold food I ordered to replace the horrible service here because I was told to come back and did my best to as soon as possible.
