Posting this at the Vaughns and Fountain Inn location as I ordered my catering through Fountain Inn.
Related to Catering experience only* I ordered catering through their online platform, fajita bar for 9 people-2 meats, rice, beans, and toppings. Paid in advance and that day sent an email confirming my pickup.
When I arrived, I was informed by the employee that my order was not there and they were not even capable of doing catering at this location. He looked at me dumbfounded as I showed him my email confirmation. I asked to speak to the manager and he gave me the number. I called 2x and left a VM. I emailed the catering liaison and asked her to urgently call me-I had people arriving in 1 hour.
I asked him to start prepping my order and then the manager called the employee, they found my order sitting near him! This took 30 minutes. The manager never bothered to call me back. The catering liaison told me she does not work for the company and is a 3rd party worker.
When I arrived home I realized the portions of my order were too small. I was in shock when I realized how little meat, rice, and veggies I had. The catering liaison told me the manager said they do "3 portions of chicken, 3 portions of steak, and 3 portions of veggies" despite me paying for 9 individual meals. I asked for more food to be delivered and they told me I had to pick it up or I would get a partial refund.
24 hours later, no one from the company has bothered to reach out to me. I received an email that a portion of my order had been refunded.
I do not recommend catering here and the customer service is definitely not...
   Read moreI have ordered from this T&BBB for years now. I'm not sure what has happened, but over the last six months this store has gone to HELL.
Tonight, we ordered a DoorDash. There was not an option to add notes or special instructions because the franchise owner has disabled that option. So for 45 MINUTES, my wife and I tried to call the store. It was the classic "phone off the hook" scenario. I made a post in our local Residents page on Facebook asking why the phone wasn't working. A current employee said that when they get busy, they take the phone off the hook and pretend not to speak English.
Well, after they messed our order up and left out my soup for my Birria tacos, my wife went to the store. She then had to have a three way phone call with the owner, who proceeded to argue with her. When the front of house girl sent him a screenshot of why he was wrong, he huffed very loudly and said "Just give it to her. But she has to pay for the soup."
The rice was cold. The staff sucked. The owner sucks. And if he sees this and wants to meet up in person to discuss this, I would LOVE the opportunity. He genuinely needs a lesson in...

We happened to be out in fountain inn on a weekday for a school event and decided to stop in for dinner. It wasnât very busy at all and the place was very clean. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and would get it 1000x again. Sooo good and I had leftovers to take home. My 6 yo daughter got the kids taco meal and it was great too and came with rice and beans and a drink. Side of Guac and chips also good. The young man (looked to be a teenager) at the counter was very friendly and he even came over to clean up our plates and get us a to go box even though this isnât a table service place. Refreshing to have attentive service lately. Weâre happy to see there are several other locations because we donât leave near fountain inn. I hope the other locations are as well run and food is the same. Weâll definitely...
