Boba Junkie — Restaurant in Fountain Valley

they gave me a drink with chunky milk and I asked them to remake it. when he remade it he gave me another drink with just slightly less chunks in the milk. I asked for a refund at this point and they said it would take 2-3 business days. after I waited that time and called them again asking about the refund. they then said they would handle it and call me back. then they never called me back. it's incredibly saddening that they never felt like handling such a simple issue but instead just ignored me multiple times and just took my money. almost 10 dollars...

I got the oolong milk tea and I liked it. I thought the boba was hard though and I hoped it would be chewier. None of the menus showed the prices for any of the drinks so it was hard to tell how much I was paying until someone rung me up. My oolong milk tea with boba was a little over $6 which is on the more expensive side. The menu on the TV screen was very hard to read - I had to be super up close to be able to read the small font.
