Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fountain Valley

I have made multiple attempts to get a sandwich from this location and this was the first time they've actually been open when they're hours say they're open. (store hours are never correct as listed). Today the hours say closes at 9pm. Placed an order for pick up at 6:50pm. App said it was ready and when arriving at the store 7:00-7:05pm it was in fact not ready. The guy working just threw together a sandwich, handed it over, and then had to be told he didn't make the second one. He proceeded to throw together the second one. Surprise... both were made wrong AND included ingredients we asked to exclude. Concerning for people that may have allergies or intolerances. As soon as we left he locked up the store to close. So what exactly are your hours...

Ordered online and proceeded to the store to pick up. I ordered two sandwhiches, two bags of chips, and a drink. The sandwiches and one bag of chips was ready to be picked up. I ask the guy at the register for another bag of chips and a drink. He kept his head down looking at the register and abruptly said "you can get them yourself" while pointing at a cup and bag of chips.

I understand that the drinks are self service and the bags of chips are displayed at the front. But they really expect a customer to reach behind the counter to grab a cup and also grab their own bag if chips when an online order should be all ready to go?

Sandwiches were made quickly but their service is terrible. Cashier's attitude needs...

Really bad night or just a bad location I guess. I've used JJ's all over the country and their service has always been lightening fast. After 30 minutes and no food, I called and was told they were really busy and I was the 3rd order. My food finally arrived 15 minutes later, which at 45 minute delivery is not the norm with JJ's. When the food and drink arrived, they gave me the wrong drink. When I called back, they said it was a new driver and I was the 4th stop. I suggested to who ever answered the phone that they should get their stories straight and do a better job.

Their response was sorry about that man!

Seems to me they should and could have...
