Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Fountain

I ordered online for delivery and never received my order. I was just clicking through their websites menu to see what they had available when I noticed that they had an option for delivery, I figured they were trying something new for their business, and I wanted to try it out. Turns out they don't deliver, Doordash delivers. If I had known that the order was going to be handled by Doordash, or any other one of the delivery apps, I wouldn't have made it.

Ten minutes after I placed my order I get a call from the DoorDash driver (surprise!) asking me to cancel the order because they haven't received it at location. I call the location and they say that they have the order and that it's ready for pick up for the driver. I figure that's that and my order will be at my home in a little bit, instead my order was canceled by the driver.

I then spent half an hour on the phone, between the restaurant, and two service reps from Doordash only to be told that they can't get another driver and that I can just pick up the order. I don't own a car, which makes it a two hour trip for me there and back. Not...

Holy cow.. just recently i had been to several Carls Jr. I used to run a few of these once upon a time.. but this one i mean wow. What Terrible service.

I wont spend the whole time complaining about the usual things folks dislike about fast food. slow, dirty, and disrespectful. Hit this place at the right time, youll find out just how low in the world.

The wife just went through a couple hours ago... She brought me a fresh famous star sandwich. The bun was hard as a rock. and i mean literally. To show my wife i used the sandwich to knock loudly on the wall. The contents otherwise were old, shriveled, and cold. it looked like burnt leather.

for a place that supposed to serve fresh on order.. they failed miserably on the food alone.. forget the service.

f you have a choice... id strongly recommend folks spend their money else where there are plenty of places in that area that would be happy to serve you actual fresh food. I swear that burger was from...

BEWARE I ordered $14 in food. 2 burgers, fries and a soda. The burgers were the hardest stale bread I've ever seen. Literally hard as a rock. I take them back inside and ask for my money back, and the manager tells me "her manager isn't there, so she cannot refund my money". then proceeds to tell me she can give me a number to cooperate and they will have to help me. I Can't believe how shady this place is. If you want to charge as much as you do, you might want to make sure the food you're giving your customers looks like it does in the pictures and on your commercials. I got my money back after causing a huge scene. But that manager was not going to give me my money back at first. Sad thing is, when i walked in to ask for a refund, she was the one in the back making the burgers. She knew that bread is hard as a rock and she still making them on that bread and giving them...
