I had two separate incidents with a Manager, named Chris, he treated me SO incredibly bad, that when I called Starbucks Headquarters, told them about the first incident (in detail0) and they compensated me for the etremely poor customer service. The second time was even worse...I ordered whst I always order, and this is what he did:
So, after going back in the store, I explained everything to Rianne (I think I am spelling her name incorrectly)(Ryan...((The Store Manager), Laura, and Heidi. All three were INCREDIBLY kind, professional, caring, and very SORRY...(in which I told them, they had NOTHING to be sorry for). Ryan is an amazing manager...and the other girls, mentioned above, are all incredibly caring, and not only did they take care of the situation, they made me feel good about returning to their store!!! Ryan truly restored my faith in Starbucks, and especially my neighborhood! Ryan (and Heidi and Laura) are terrific examples of how baristas, and Managers should treat customers. Ryan was so amazing, I feel as though she should be the example in which other Manager's and Staff should strive to be. And, honestly, I feel like Ryan is an asset to Starbucks! Read moreMy daughter and I went trough the drive through this evening and the female working the station gave my daughter’s drink to the person in front of us, they took it in the car and then returned it, when we pulled up she handed me that same drink she misdelivered to the customer in front of us, so I refused it and asked her to nake another one because we watched her handing it over and they taking it in the car, she replied that that was another drink and she already remade it, ( mind we were next in line and there was only that one specific drink , a vanilla bean frappuchino , venti). I clearly new she was lying and asked her to make another one because I wasn’t giving my daughter a drink someone else had taken in their vehicle and returned, after she went and got it remade she handed over to me and I told her she didn’t need to lie to me and I asked for the rest of the order which she handed one item at the time and I had to continue to ask for the missing items, I asked her if she was new and she said no, and as I drove off she said I didn’t beed to be rude . So I stopped and went back to the window and then there was a man named Connor who took over for her and was absolutely rude and condescending with her behavior. I definitely don’t appreciate being lied to, or called names when she is the one who made the mistake and it was fixable but her attitude was not professional neither his. I have the right to refuse an item who I watched being given to someone else and when that happens specially food items need to be remade for safety reasons. Read moreIt is sad that my favorite Starbucks location has gone down the drain after the whole crew changed out a few short months ago. I long for the days where I was greeted with no attitude, got my order right or didn't have to be stuck in the drive-thru for 10+ min. On top of all those issues, a few weeks ago, I took advantage of the 50% off during happy hour... my order: Veni Latte with Ristretto and Coconut Milk... I guess because it was 50% off that meant the cup needed to be only half full. Since it was the drive-thru and I was in a hurry, I didn't notice right away. The following day going through again, I mentioned to the barista what had happened the day prior... His response: There is more in it this time. COME AGAIN?????? Today, the final straw... I ordered my usual drink except it was iced. Normal price including tax: $5.45 (at this location).. Today: $6.88!!! Oh, I don't think so... Mentioned it to the barista and showed her my purchasing history (thanks to the app), what may have been a manager, was called, some buttons pushed and the price still came out wrong at $5.88. Thank goodness there are other locations in the area. Not quite as convenient but I will be ok with it because I know the service will...
