Disappointing and bad service. We ordered two med salads with grilled chicken, potstickers, and a kids meal for curbside pick up. I waited 10 mins past when it said it’d be ready, had ordered in the parking lot with a grumpy toddler and needed something quick and easy before bed. After 10 mins past the supposed ready time I went inside to get my order. My order was sitting in between where they make the food and hand it to the lady in front and was ignored for another 5 mins while they handed meals around it and to other customers. When I was finally given my food the girl said oh oops here you go. Rushed home because now my toddler is beyond fussy. Only to find there’s no chicken on our meals and no potsticker sauce and the med salads literally had 6 noodles each. So I ran back because I’m not paying an extra $10 for meat to not receive it. Worst experience I’ve honestly ever had a noodles and I used to eat it a lot. Won’t be going back to the...
Read moreI cannot say enough great things about the following staff: The Cooks: Stephanie & Nathan ALWAYS: 100% Make my Pad Thai PERFECTLY! I do need to customize at times, and, I'm not kidding: If Stephanie &/or Nathan are working, I know my meal will be perfect! Also, Eben: The Manager, he's ALSO awesome, and is great with double checking to ensure everything is as it should be! The times that I have visited, he remembers me, and is: Very Profesional, as well as being exceptionally personable! Finally, Alison has been taking care of me, for ages & ages: She is also very professional, and Extremely kind and considerate! I would ignore the "old," reviews and give them a try! And, I will be returning, as well as I DEFINITELY Recommend this location - (I cannot speak to the other Noodles.) Kudos, to the Management & Staff for their exceptional hard work...we DEFINITELY...
Read moreQuick pickup order, soup was 3/4 of a bowl for $7! Mostly noodles and broth, think there were 3 scraps of chicken and a piece of celery. At least it was hot. Also the website automatically adds a tip so WATCH OUT for that. For them to scoop soup into a bowl, I have to go in and get it, they don't even bring it to you, and the company thinks this is something someone should tip for? First and last time eating Noodles. I am not supplementing a corporation's poor pay with a tip for literally using a spoon to scoup and put said bowl into a bag. This isn't a "restaurant" it's a fast food place. I'm not tipping for bare minimum service which is literallythe job (scoop into a bowl)! If it was scoop your own soup I would, and at least it would be...
