The food is average and Amy/ server is the worst! The first time we went there and asked for a to go box she literally said “I’m not your slave”.... seriously. We had a fairly large group- 2 families, however we were very considerate of other diners and took our infants outside when they got fussy.

Our second experience, we ordered takeout for a group at our home. My husband asked for homemade spicy mustard, Amy said she gave him two (for two orders) and threw in 2 packets of mustard. 2 packets for 2 full orders of chicken fried rice.

I felt a need to update my review. I have been coming here since I was a little girl, but I really feel that Cole Mine has put a focus on improving their customer service and it really shows! I enjoy coming here often now. They have the best hot and sour soup, it doesn’t compare anywhere else. I literally get their soup once a week. The sesame chicken is delicious, kids would love it too. I call in once a week and they always have my order ready in 10 mins and they are always friendly and quick. They even remember my twin sister now. Awesome little Chinese place. Been eating here for close to 20 years and the quality has always been great. Fantastic home made Chinese dishes (their Sesame chicken is particularly delicious). Wonderful service too... if you dine there a couple of times, it won’t be long before Lynn knows you by name and remembers what you like to order.
