McDonald's — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I try to give the workers at McDonald's a break. I really try to be kind and understanding... But every time I go here my order is always incorrect. The first employee entered it incorrectly and he didn't read off my order after I was done. I get my food and look in the bag. I'm missing a sandwich and fries. I tried to explain what was missing and the woman seem extremely confused. I showed her the receipt and she seemed suspicious.... I waited 8 minutes for them to bring out the other items and they still forgot an order of fries. So I left and didn't feel like trying to explain anything else. The reason why my rating is low here at this specific location is because there was no greeting and lack of energy from young female workers to even take our order. Which was a 15 minute wait of pulling forward just to find out the 2 hot and spicys ONLY AMERICAN CHEESE still had everything else in it! Then they decided to make it okay by giving us a apple pie and extra fry for the wait on top of the two we already ordered . After going back to state we only wanted cheese the young lady at the window rolls her eyes and slams us a bag and demands us to keep the messed up food as well. I get working fast food sucks but your IN a service industry if you dont wanna be SERVING people please find...

It's McDonald's but their drive through is one of the fastest around, even during the lunch rush. They always have hot fresh food during the lunch rush too.

We have had a couple of times when their milk shakes were very runny. They didn't say that their machine was broken but served them as if they were fine that way. They weren't even cold. It only takes 2 minutes to get back to work and they were really useless twice.

I cannot speak for their food or service at other times of day but if you want fast fresh food during the crazy lunch hour, even when they look busy, you will get through...
