Save yourself time and $$$ and avoid Tombstone!!My family and I went to Tombstone BBQ on the Sunday of MLK weekend. The inside and outdoor eating area was packed, understandably. We ordered from the self service kiosk and all was well, until we made it outside. Almost every table we encountered was waiting on their food and theyâd been waiting MORE THAN AN HOUR. Nobody at the kiosk or cashier had informed us of the long wait. After 45 minutes I went to the pick up window and spoke to the manager. He told me he didnât know the status of our order because the âscreen was broken.â Each order had the receipt on the tray and all he had to do was go to the back and look at the trays and find our receipt. I should also mention that I was one of 20 or so people trying to find out the status of their order. After an hour and 15 mins our order miraculously appeared. At the end of our meal, we had spent two hours on lunch. Time that otherwise should have been spent on the slopes. Furthermore, the BBQ was at best mediocre and cost over $75 for three people. I am extremely disappointed with Tombstone BBQ and their customer service. They devalue the Park City ski experience and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you avoid dining here. I suggest bringing snacks or dining at the base of...

We found out that we were in the beverage line and that everybody was in front of a sign that said beverages only so very poor signage should be above the line above everybody so that you can actually see a sign that says where you should be standing. And then we had to go back and get back in the other line to order food, which was another 20 minutes or more because that line was longer than the beverage line. We just thought there were 2 lines to order food. Silly us. It shouldn't be that hard. On the good side, the food was quite good. Unfortunately, there was no pepper, just salt. No butter for things like a cornbread square or to add to my sweet potato, which would have been nice. Just little things like that. Anyway, we're in God's country, so life could be worse. This is all on upper management. Staff...
Read moreGreat BBQ joint to hit up for lunch between slopes. I had the smoked sausage sandwich, and it was delicious. My friends and I also grabbed a few local beers from the register and some free water from some coolers on a table outside. Very expensive as you can expect, but it was a needed pick-me-up for my crew. Lots of tables are set outside, and at worst, you might have to wait a minute for one to free up since people are always coming and going. The warm greeting and smile from the lady at the register helped restore my confidence after getting my novice butt...
