Après Pendry — Restaurant in Four Corners States

My wife and I needed to eyeball how to be served because Apres Pendry was busy. We zeroed in on the waiters stand and found that it's first sit, first serve. I hate that I'm giving this life hack, but next time we will just bring prepared meals. Michael was AWESOME, he has a great working knowledge of the menu and he let us go where we would. We split a salad, and considered an entrée. Apres Pendry shares the kitchen with Kito so you get the same cut and quality only you aren't dining there. Good, whatever. We shared the kick@ss salad and had some cocktails. Finished with a Creme Brule CHEESECAKE which was fire 🔥. Again Michael knew what he was doing. We were we VERY satisfied with our salad, beer booze, and dessert. The shuttle service made all of this exponentially more enjoyable. You must consider! Art and atmosphere...

Good place to grab lunch at the bar but service was lacking at the tables.

We started at the bar and got lunch. The food is pretty good. We had the French Onion Soup, Beer Salad, Burger, and Turkey Club. It wasn’t busy for lunch but as it got closer to actual apres time (2-4pm) we moved to the lounge area since friends were joining. The service was severely lacking in this space. It took over 30 minutes to get a beer. The server seemed panicked and stressed, not sure if someone called out or if she’s expected to wait on everyone, but there was a clear issue on level of service.

Warning this review is lopsided ie; we came spur of the moment just a wonderful baba ghanoush appetizer and enjoyed the live music -so what could be wrong? First world cry baby complaints-right? How about keeping the fire pit going in the afternoon summer heat of 90 degrees with the wind as a convection range to our backsides -we alerted to of the servers (who were very nice-one said they would talk to the manager. Nothing happened, thus etched into permanent Google history this complaint and lack of action. Forgetting about the unnecessary waste and further rising of the temperature and Lord knows we have no fire problems in Utah! C'mon Pendry -YOU CAN DO...
