It's tough leaving a 2 star review based off my experience but it's gotta be said. Buddies and I stayed at the resort for the weekend, everything is of high class built beautifully and the amenities were also amazing. But getting into our room we were welcomed with dead bugs everywhere and a spider. Tried getting a different room or upgraded, nothing was done. We then do our thing all day Saturday and come home to multiple spiders in both rooms. Found a spider in my suit case on my pants, smashed it. Shaked off clothes in the same suitcase, a spider came out. We packed and left. Buddy got home, spider was also in his suit case. I'm cool with one spider, maybe two but when you have the family tree of spiders in one room. You got a probs my friend.

SUMMER STAY I am giving it a 4star review because of the construction outside my window for 2 nights although I am certain it is only temporary, it doesn’t look like it will be finished anytime soon. The game room is empty, clean, simple but the kids loved it for probably an hour and they wanted todo something else. Pool, hot tub, bbq area was clean and simple. The steam room was great and the fitness room had a bit more than your average hotel fitness room. It gets a little confusing going through the long hallways with multiple stairwells but only one double elevator. I am sure it is buzzing in the winter but the summer here is dead. Last but not least, we were on the top floor snd the view was absolutely breathtaking.

Huge shoutout to Eli!!! He had the most positive attitude and he was very accommodating! He truly made our stay unforgettable. I’ve visited Park City several times, but this trip was different, I finally decided to stay up here with my family to escape the Phoenix heat for a few days, and I couldn’t have picked a better spot. This place has everything you could want, and the location is unbeatable, right at the top of the other resorts, which is absolutely amazing! It hasn’t even been a day and we already miss this spot SOOO much! Needles to say we plan on coming back again and making Lift our only option to stay at! Thanks again, Eli, for going above and beyond!

Fantastic!! Our stay was awesome and I absolutely loved this place. All communication and access information was via text. We received our room number and key codes a couple hours before check in. The place is incredible. Separate living room with a beautiful gas fireplace and nice large TV above it. The kitchen was huge and very open. Everything was new and modern. Giant windows with tons of light and electronic blackout blinds if you want more privacy. There's also a nice little patio just off the kitchen. The bathroom was quite large with double sinks, a deep tub big enough for two, and a beautiful separate shower. And for those super cold Park City nights, the floors are heated!! The bedroom was a good size with an identical TV as the living room. Both TVs are Smart TVs with all of the necessary streaming apps preinstalled, as well as Xfinity cable. There was a big window that also have blackout blinds. My only complaint was the temperature in the bedroom. Now keep in mind, that my wife and I like it to be pretty cold. There was an electric tower fan in the closet which we ended up using, but it was still a little warm for us. It must be a known concern if the fan was available. We even opened the window, but it just didn't get much air flow. I think we counted one air vent in the bedroom, and that was by the window. I would highly recommend this place. We are locals and come to stay in PC every few months or so. Outside of the Stein, and the super expensive hotels, this has by far been the best place we've stayed at. I would, and will, choose this place again. ...

Minutes before arrival we were notified there would not be anyone at the front desk during much of our stay.||First night there were signs everywhere that we would not have water during the evening. Are you kidding me? Anyone take a shower their first night of vacation?|I asked for a phone call and an explanation and received nothing but a text from someone essentially offering us a $75 credit at a restaurant with terrible reviews.||Now on our final night, electricity is at least partially out in the parking garage and the power outage is also impacting TV and movie platforms.||It appears they have hidden plans to be under construction while we are staying. The locks on one of our doors is broken. The shower literally leaks water all over the bathroom floor and we were told it is because it is a handicap accessible shower?||Seriously, we passed up SO MANY great deals to try this place. We will NEVER be back and will be very vocal about our experience because literally nobody is in the building to help or answer questions. ||Save yourself the disappointment and do NOT stay at the...

Worst experience ever. Booked a condo through Expedia for 2 nights, paid up front $1200, got the girls (9yo,9mo) and wife loaded up about to leave, we are local. Called to confirm room was ready, they only had us for one night not 2, they didn’t help, told me to call Expedia and figure it out. 90 mins of back in fourth on hold, they refused to update anything. They canceled the entire trip, wanted to put us up somewhere else because the condo refused to work with them. We can canceled all dinner reservations, and broke the kids heart. Then once it was all processed, refunded, and too late, the assistant manager called and put blame on Expedia. The right thing to do would be “come on out, don’t worry about your reservation, we will get it taken care of, etc.” 0/10 would not recommend. We are local, trust me, there are far more places who would...
