Wendy's — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Giving them a star as I have too, but this is the 3rd time they mess up the order, the first time was under the old management, this time it's under the new management and I will say that the Crew Leader or Manager Nicole is very rude & cannot follow orders correctly. If you ask for a large fry, no salt it should be just that and fresh fries, not some stale old fries that have been there over an hour & have salt on them. After all, we the customers are paying for them which help make this young lady's paycheck. For her to use the excuse of "I did not bag it", is absurd. She's a crew leader or manager distinguished by her color gray shirt and bow tie, it's her job to look or glance at the order and make sure it's correct. For tops, no apology to the customer & spoke with an attitude like she owns all the Wendy's in America. Oh no, she wouldn't be working for me or representing my store or logo acting like she doesn't care....what a shame...and too bad for that Wendy's location, lunch when the main manager is there, its okay or they fix it but when hes not forget it, llunch or dinner hour your order will be messed up, guaranteed. Well they just lost my business 3 times gone...

1st and last time we’ll patronize this Wendy’s. The only reason I gave it a ‘2’ is because, at least the French Fries were hot and good. But, the fellow who took the order at the Drive-Thru Menu was not welcoming; the fellow who handed us a bag of incorrect food, was not welcoming. But, the main reason is that we ordered two Bacon-a-tors, and specifically asked for no onions on one, and no onions, lettuce or tomatoes on the other. I was a little surprised when we reached the pick-up window less than 30-seconds later, and our special orders were already in a bag. When we got home we realized that these were not the special orders we had ordered, but were simply luke-warm pre-made burgers with everything on them. Unwelcoming employees, a ratty looking building, which is difficult to get to by car, and poorly prepared food. There is no room in the universe for a business...

I haven't been to a Wendy's in a very long time and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. My boyfriend and I got the $5.00 bag and I wish we would have spent that $5.00 anywhere but here. The cashier was very friendly and the time it took to get our order was great. To start off simple the fries were not fresh at all, they tasted and looked like they had been sitting out since that morning. The bacon on my burger wasn't even cooked, it looked like someone just threw it in the microwave for thirty seconds and my boyfriend's wasn't any better. The soda was flat and the portions were extremely small. I am extremely upset that we wasted money here on bad food when we could have just went to Carl's Jr and got way more with way better quality for that price. This validates how much I don't like this joint or this location.
