Papa's Subs & Pizza — Restaurant in Four Oaks

Been coming here for years and ordered delivery 100s of times. Never again will I support this business. We came in to eat one-night and my wife ordered a sub. 1st half of sub had what looked to be an eyelash in it. No big deal, took it to the front and politely told them it had a hair in it. They acted like they couldn't see it. That's cool it was an eyelash so understandable. I pointed it out and they kindly made another one. Received the new half of sub and yet again another hair. This time a little longer like a beard hair. Several of the cooks had long beards ( could have been a beard hair ) no clue. Again I know this wasn't on purpose and took the sub back up front. This time I said keep it and I didn't want a replacement. The manager threw his hands up saying he couldn't see the hair again. I didn't ask for money back or to replace the sub after the 2nd hair was found. This so called manager got an attitude with me because he said he doesn't understand how they keep getting in there ( like we were putting them in there trying to get a free meal). I'm grateful that my wife came in to stop the boiling situation after putting our daughter in the truck. I will forever do my best to stop friends and family in the community from supporting this business. 1000's of dollars spent in the past but will never get a dime in the future from me. Owners you won't make it much longer with this guy working for you...

I ordered delivery today around 1pm. I didn’t get my order until 2:30. That’s way too long and I live like 3 minutes away. I ordered 6 wings extra crispy and extra wet and my wings were dry and barely any sauce on them and I also got garlic knots and they were also dry with hardly any butter and garlic and there was only 5 when I paid for 6 knots! A lot of sauce spilled all over inside the bag they put it in and the delivery driver still gave it to me while it was leaking.. very disappointing. My pizza barely had pepperoni on it and I paid an extra 1.50 to have pepperoni on my pizza and it barely had any on it. I’ve ordered food from here a few times and every time I do they always get something wrong with my order. I will no longer order from here again. This was the last straw for me. They are too expensive for the kind of food they are serving and stingy with ingredients. If I’m paying extra money to have my food done a certain way then I expect to get what I pay for! The drivers should be more careful with people’s food so that it is delivered properly without anything spilling. If I could rate this a zero I would! Never again...

Every time I order from here, something is always missing or wrong. It used to be not getting the marinara sauce with the garlic knots several times but now it's gone further than just sauce. I ordered and paid for 2 large 2 topping pizzas for pickup only to receive 2 mediums. When brought to their attention they would fix it, they took the 2 medium pizzas back and I waited longer for the pizzas to be remade. Not only did I not get my 2 large pizzas, but they turned around and gave me back the 2 medium pizzas I had previously gave back and just added another medium pizza. I would have sent it back but my children were hungry and I was already running behind because I had to wait for them to fix it only for them to not fix it.
