I recently visited the Quiznos on Merced Street in Fowler, California, after driving for over four hours. Famished and in need of a meal, I was sorely disappointed. I ordered a sandwich with one simple request: no tomatoes. Despite this, my sandwich came with tomatoes. The staff behind the counter, who seemed more interested in giggling like high school girls, were inattentive and took an excessively long time to prepare everyone's meal.
When I pointed out the mistake with my order, the girls giggled even more and began speaking in i believ Arabic language, making me feel even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the person in front of me also received their sandwich incorrectly, despite clearly asking for no tomatoes and no olives.
Not only was my sandwich made incorrectly, but it was also extremely hard. There was no mayo, mustard, oil, or vinegar—just a very thin sandwich with two pieces of meat and a paper-thin slice of cheese. It was mostly just bread.
This kind of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Quiznos brand. It’s disappointing to see a franchise location operate with such unprofessionalism. I hope this issue is...

But I decided to try Fowler Quiznos again since it’s close to home and I like the seafood sandwich and the seafood salad. Times before however Ive asked for Mayo and onions and get none and No ranch salad dressing either for my salad, Who does that! Sends a salad without dressing? So Ive had to doctor it up myself at home! However even though they have never gotten an order right, after a long time has passed I decided today on Tuesday 8/16/22 to try here again. I ordered the seafood sandwich with extra onions and avocado on wheat bread. As usual my order was wrong again! I got Absolutely no onions or avocados in my sandwich! Instead what I got is a dry seafood sandwich served on the wrong bread (they chose rosemary cheese bread) and none of the toppings I ask for! I don’t ask for much! They did not have the salad i had ordered online.. that was on the website. understandable. but when I was trying to pull up the salad on my phone to see if I could just match the items of that salad to a build your own, the person at the register seemed very impatient. seeing i was the only one in the store, I didn't see why she was so harsh with me. As I understood their frustration that the salad did not exist in the system, they made the process very hard to compromise. Then while I was looking at the salad they put items in the sandwichi had specifically asked to not put them on, due to allergies. However they were frustrated enough to add them anyway despite how politely I asked her not to. I walked in at 7:30 on March 23rd in 2024. Check your cameras.
