Horrible service! Place dirty and staff unfriendly or helpful. The manager even walked away from me and said to his employee that my complaint was nothing don’t worry about it in Spanish thinking I wasn’t still standing there or understood Spanish! After telling me his employees were wrong for being rude. We waited over 10 mins for 2 mini ice cream cones even after getting our food and a hot fudge sundae. Asked multiple times for it was told yeah they’re working on it and ignoring us. Then we got the attention of a very young man who said they were out of vanilla ice cream. We said we paid for it so we need something or a refund. He then says chocolate and then says machine was broken. So we asked for a refund he said what? We said then how can we get our refund and he rudely over pronunciation we would refund you then walked away….. are you kidding me!! 20 mins to get anything or anyone attention. Then someone walks out two melts vanilla cones?! What is wrong with these people and where is the customer service. The manager said his people all work in the back because they can’t talk to people correctly?! I’m sorry but we were never rude or mad just confused. We were mad till we heard the manager lie to my face then tell his employees in front of me it fine. Corporate really needs to visit for a week and see the clown show working for them and representing their company it a joke! It takes a lot for me to leave a review. It was hot and all we wanted was ice cream to cool down. I can only imagine what kind of service is given to other when there an issue or no one...

We went to this McDonald’s at 3am on a Sunday morning 06/05/2022 thinking it would be a quick dinner after a LONG day. We sat at the intercom for almost 10 minutes before being greeted so I could place my order. When I was placing my order the girl taking it had a very rude tone and barely let me speak. We ordered a double quarter pounder meal, and another large fry. I asked if they had milkshakes because it was being advertised all over the board just to be told “we aren’t serving shakes right now” OF COURSE the icecream machine was “broken” as well. After she rushed me to finish my order and didn’t have the items I wanted I drove up to the second window where I again had to wait almost 10 minutes. Now don’t get me wrong I have NO issue with waiting because 9 times out of 10 that means they are making my food fresh but BOY was I wrong! When I received the bag we tasted a couple fries (as we all do because they’re best hot) they were the most disgusting fries we have ever tasted, extremely rubbery, ice cold and had about 5 pounds of salt on them. Once we got home, we took out the burger we ordered just to see the box crushed and mangled, keep in mind we didn’t crush this bag or step on it in anyway. The burger inside was intact but it was extremely cold and drenched in grease. For spending $18.50 at a FAST FOOD place I expect to get something atleast edible. For it being a night shift you’d expect the food to be half way decent considering they are most likely sitting on their phones doing absolutely nothing. Don’t even bother going here, we ended up throwing...

This location is terrible. The drive through service is always slow and the food is always bad. I strongly believe it's Mcdonalds policy to Hulk smash your burger before they serve it to you. They remodeled the lobby without a soda machine so now you have to wait for someone behind the counter to refill your drink, talk about being cheap! I went through the drive though a few days ago and ordered a ranch snack wrap and asked for "Mac Sauce" added and the guy over the loud speaker said he can't do that. When i pulled up to the next window i asked again another employee if they can add Mac sauce and she just looked and me and said, "We can't do that" and then ignored me when I started asking questions. My wife found it hilarious that she just stood there filling up a drink completely ignoring me when I was trying to speak to her about it. I've ordered Mac sauce on probably every single item on the menu before so I'm sure it was pure laziness they didn't want to add it. Someone could have easily told the cook that Hulk smashes the burger to add my Mac sauce but then they would lose out on the $50 cents they normally charge for that, Sorry i wanted some sauce on my rock hard stale chicken snack wrap.
