We chose to stop by for a quick grab (bagel and cream cheese is not our choice for a proper meal but had to pick as we were in a hurry). We were at the place right before they were closing at 3 pm, ordered food before cash counter closed and sat there to eat (with 1 senior and 1 toddler). One of the staff here was less courteous and she said they were closing and we had exactly 2 minutes to eat since we insisted we want to eat there. We had to plead to the staff to get 15 minutes extra time to sit. My experience with other joints like Panera for example, has always been that they will let you eat once you have ordered your food no matter if they are closing. So this has been a little harassing experience. We did sit and finish our meal but the feeling of someone waiting for you to leave and having to gobble food is painful, especially with a senior and a toddler. There were two girls and a guy. The guy was more respectful. The girl who gave us a time limit was obnoxious.I wish management takes note of this sort of behavior and provide their staff some advice. No one plans to be sitting and eating before the shop closes, but if it happens the staff can be more polite especially with a senior and a toddler being part of...

I’ve ordered from them four times delivery. Three of the occasions were wonderful. Delicious and well made. Absolutely fabulous bagels. Today was the opposite. Why would the bottom of my toasted cinnamon bagel be covered in poppyseed? There were flavors on the outside that should not have been there like garlic too…. It was like they cooked the cinnamon bagel perfectly and then smooshed it into a pan full of every spice or topping available: well, the real problem was that it was covered in poppyseeds — the bottom layer. I didn’t know that and took a big bite. I have a medical condition that does not allow me to eat poppy seeds. I am anxious. I hop the Framingham Ma NYBF workers realize that when one makes a careless mistake and allows food like that to go out to the consumer —- it could have very serious consequences. There’s no way they didn’t know they did that. I have attached a photo. I’d like to know why this...

Being a big foodie myself I had seen NY Bagel Factory pop up on many of the food pages I follow on Facebook and knew I had to try it. So on a chilly Saturday morning I had a hankering for a bagel stuffed with cream cheese and knew I had to take the drive. The customer service was great, they were extremely friendly and welcoming right when I walked in the door. They have a huge variety of bagels, toppings and cream cheeses. Also a menu with breakfast sandwiches and a lunch menu too. I decided to order a sesame bagel with avocado, tomato and scallion cream cheese. It was exactly what I expected. Fresh ingredients on a bagel stuffed with cream cheese and toasted just right. They also had muffins and cookies that looked amazing and gigantic. I really have to say I'm highly impressed by this spot. Granted I only went once but I can't wait to go back and try some other combinations and flavors and purchase a...

This place is worth stopping by! I enjoyed an iced coffee and a Broadway breakfast sandwich on a Jalapeño Cheddar bagel. Lines were consistently steady but staff pleasantly took the orders. The wait was maybe ten minutes or less after the order was placed. The bagel sandwich was fresh but slightly soggy from all the toppings. It still tasted surprisingly great even with the soggy parts. The fresh jalapeños and steamed eggs were spot on. This place uses coffee instead of water for the cubes used in the iced coffee. A fantastic idea and my coffee was never watered down. Good until the last sip.
