Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Framingham

Nov2022: 5⭐: This visit was a great example of what I have come to expect from a visit to any Chick-fil-A restaurant. All aspects of my visit were on point. I observed the performance of a great cashier, a small wait time after ordering my food, a clean spot to sit and eat my lunch, and a clean restaurant overall. I had one issue with one of the chicken nuggets that didn't appear to be fully cooked with a raw uncooked center. The other eleven were fine.

Oct2022: 4⭐: I stopped by this location as a result of looking for a quickie spot to get a lunch break meal today. This is the first time I have felt that I had to score a Chick-fil-A lower because of a worker!! I really enjoy a quick-like restaurant where I can always count on the food quality, timeliness, and worker efficiency. I observed that the restaurant was quite full in the drive through areas, so I had enough time to walk inside to place my order. The location is fairly easy to locate in a mall development area tucked into quite a few trees hiding the signature color from immediately being seen. The restaurant itself was clean, but full of customers when I entered. I decided to get my items to go instead. I advised the cashier I had received a birthday reward and wanted to redeem it. She took my order and acted as if I had not said I wanted to redeem the reward when I scanned the QR Code. I asked her again directly if she got the reward code and she said I don't see it. I asked what were you going to do other than let me go without telling me about the missing item. She didn't answer and just signaled to another person who promptly and correctly completed the transaction. Add to the already bad actions, she gave me the cup filled with ice and I said I didn't want any in the cup. It's a small thing, but it's attention to detail that I really like about the workers at Chick-fil-A. This one needs to be closely supervised because she isn't ready to be alone if she can't process an order, prepare a drink, and get the provided...

A Sensational Tasting Sandwich.

I was introduced to Chic Filet month's ago on Cape Cod. I discovered there is this location in Framingham Mass at Shoppers World. The restaurant is very clean, the folks who work there are very polite and follow through is excellent. I got the Chic Filet chicken sandwich dinner. I got the spicy chicken which is not too hot all all in fact it has a mild tingle to it. The dinner comes with the amazing Chic Filet fries which look like little waffles but out of potato, and very generous in portion. You can get cheese and lettuce and tomato if you wish. The dinner also includes a large drink of your choice. The chicken is by no way, "fast food," this is high quality chicken done like home made. Beautiful white meat and very thick indeed. No finger nail sized sandwich here. The bread is very tasty and the overall experience is great fun. They are closed on Sundays to allow their employees to be with their families. That is sensational for the folks that work for them. what a treat this restaurant is, food quality that means business and gives you your hard earned dollars worth. I haven't been to a chick-fil-a before so I go in and I'm met by a kid named Ernest, complete with braces and teenager awkwardness. He took my order accurately and quickly, dumping a months supply of condiments on me like it was nothing. Then Peter delivers my tray being just as awkward and teenagery as Ernest and flashed another braces smile at me. It was at this time that I realized two random things. One, there's an awful lot of kids rocking braces in this joint, and two, there's an awful lot of kids working this joint in general! There was a level of competence about these kids that you just don't typically find in other fast food chains. What did I do to deserve such top notch service from the most self absorbed demographic in the world? How did so many of them get dragged away from their videogames to the exact same establishment? How did they all manage to dress sharply and maintain a positive attitude at work? How did they manage to not screw up my order??? I felt like I was in the twilight zone, that episode where all the doofy teenagers wake up one day and become productive members of society. It was the weirdest thing, I tell you hwat!
