Captain D's — Restaurant in Frankfort

Fish was soggy wasn fresh. My green beans had no ham in it and to much salt and the coleslaw was sour.went back again to give another chance and I was wrong this time .I am waiting on my food .I only have 30 minutes for my lunch. I asked for tarter sauce. That's all I wanted. The customer is always right.so what they tell me it's in on the condiments stand. I said the pump not working.can I please have some to go tarter sauce. All I got well let me fix it.they messed around with pump instead of giving me tartar sauce when I was in a hurry..all they had to do was say sorry here some tatar sauce then fix pump. Couldn't fix it and had to take in back.on top of that. I walked in only person .didnt even get a hi welcome to captain ds.they all stood talking to each other .didnt even see a manager do a walk. To talk to customers. Guess they only do that when a district manager comes.they got camera their to see what...

All right I gave this restaurant a 5-star because of the way the manager on duty handled my problem even though it didn't happen on his shift. I had gotten 2 giant fish sandwiches from here at lunch time and asked for them to be plain and even though the receipt said plain when I got back to the office with my lunch they both had lettuce and tartar sauce on them. I called spoke with the manager on duty at that time, his name was Jared, he told me to bring them back that he would be glad to fix me fresh. When I got to the restaurant Jared wasn't there but the other manager was on duty (I didn't get his name sorry), but he was wonderful in fixing my problem and I will return to this restaurant cause I do love Captain D's fish and the great service!! It was bad. The young man in the drive thru was very short and rude with me while i placed my order once i had placed my order i pulled up he asked if i did need any sauce i told him ketchup and tarter sauce. Then me n my two children sat in there at the drive thru window for thirty mins. It was 8:06 when we pulled up n it was 8:37 when we finally got pur food. They didn't put the condiments in there that he had just asked me if i wanted. If hadn't been so busy tryin to flirt and impress the young lady working the counter he might have remembered the food was soggy and not good.
