Hardee’s — Restaurant in Frankfort

Wow had to wait for 7 minutes for my curly fries to get done. I was told to pull forward to wait, which was ok until 5 other cars were waited on and left before I had to back up to the window to remind them I was still waiting. Now the lady at the window was very nice and apologetic about my wait which was a nice touch but it was still frustrating to wait that long for fries. Also the other lady that gave me my bag said she put 2 cookies in as a sorry. That also was a nice gesture but I didn't get my ketchup or my receipts- which I requested both. So 3 out 5 stars is my rating due to the fact that receipts should be automatic as well as condiments when requested. Thanks for reading and no worries cause I'll go back again since I do love...

This is in Frankfort Kentucky and this is on the west side of town both of them are good but this is the best of the two the gentleman that waited on me were very nice they help me get my rewards off my phone they suggested something that helped me save money which I appreciated that it was clean especially the tables I wish I like and the food was good and hot especially the fries they were getting hot and both sandwiches were good I had a chicken sandwich a great big old chicken sandwich with pickles and mayonnaise and then I had a I think it was an American monster beef sandwich hamburger all of them both I'm very good I appreciate the kindness that these people showed and I hope that gets...

Food was good however the reason for 5 stars is the exceptional customer service. Ordered food for me and my co workers and the attendant at the speaker was extremely helpful and courteous. Then when I got to the window the lady was very friendly here as well,(I could tell from the voice it was two different women). The food didn't take long but as we were sitting there she asked me how the day was going and didn't complain at all even though they were clearly busy. I told her thanks for being awesome and definitely will be coming back. I know I can't expect this everytime but you always hear about the bad so I thought I'd share some good where it's due. Thank...
