My daughter, Emily is a Day Shift manager here & I couldn't be more proud that she chose such an amazing company to work for...she speaks so fondly of her staff, co-managers & GM...saying it is a family & she knows if she ever needed anything she'd have several people right there, ready to do anything possible to help.
At first, I was honestly taken aback by their prices but when she described the impeccable service given to each & every customer....each & every time...you can tell that it's worth it. Not only is the food absolutely beyond delicious but quality here knows no short cut... taking precedence over speed regularly. And guests are quite alright if they spend a few more minutes here than at other fast food locations nearby.
A favorite of mine.... a regular occurrence here...proves that this team truly cares about their guests when a stressed momma walks in with one fussy baby and one hungry toddler...trying to juggle everything in her hands and Keep her young ones quiet is difficult for any mom esp when you add trying to look at the menu, order what everyone wants & find her purse to pay....and what happens next in this restaurant is something quite common here yet I have never on my entire life seen any staff at any other restaurant do this in my ENTIRE LIFE. One or if necessary two staff members immediately greet the mommq & crackers are provided for the starving tidie toddler and tbe baby is scooped up and quietly entertained so mom can take a moment and breathe...then take the time to order her & her babies favorites.
Plus!!! My daughter has off every Sunday bc that's a day that should be reserved for the Lord and Family.
Can you possibly find a better restaurant OR employees??
I think NOT!
I will gladly pay $10 for a combo the way I like it there...bc I'm guaranteed the food will be fresh, prepared correctly & you'll be on you're way in ten mins or less.
WAY TO GO Chik·Fil·A!!!
Excellent Food. Excellent Service. Excellent Choice in Hiring & Promoting...
Read moreOrdered two hash brown bowl meals on Friday. After sitting and waiting for about ten minutes the guy came out and said you were out of hash browns and said we can replace it with fries but it’s an up charge. Really? Besides being disgusted at the thought of fries and scrambled eggs, you want to up charge me? I told him to cancel the order. Got home and checked my account and there was the charge for the items we did not receive on my card. I called the manager, Chloe, who was “inconvenienced” at the time and told me to call her back three hours later when she wasn’t busy. Seriously? I called back and spoke to someone (who I assume was Chloe) who had an attitude and didn’t apologize for the incident. She asked for my CC number and expiration date (which now really concerns me since I never received the money back) and promised I would receive a credit back in 24 hours. Two days later, the charge for the food I did not receive is still on my CC and there is not credit. I called corporate and they also did little to help. Now an event that should have been something as simple as picking up food that you have on your menu and going on my way has turned into a four day fiasco (since I’ll now have to call on Monday for the fourth time to get this straightened out). As a frequent customer of this location, I think it’s safe to say, I will never be back. After looking at other reviews, good luck staying...
Read moreI usually have a good experience with Chick-fil-A but my past two visits have been awful. Yesterday, was fine... our order was messed up, I received chicken nuggets instead of grilled chicken nuggets, easy mistake, whatever. I also got a fruit cup, some of the apple slices were browned and soft and tasted like they had been drenched in hand sanitizer. Today, I ordered the same thing as yesterday but with a cookies and cream milkshake. When we got up to the window, the employees were talking to each other, they said something along the lines of, “if I have to say my pleasure one more time, I swear to god!” And when we received our food we thanked them, and the employee sarcastically said “My pleasure!” while throwing up her hands. They also forgot my milkshake and my strawberries were soft and gross tasting. I can forgive the mixed up orders, I understand they’re busy. But I don’t appreciate the attitude I received, if they’re going to talk badly about their job (in front of a customer, may I add), maybe they shouldn’t be working there. I feel that the fruit could be fresher as well. I really do enjoy Chick-fil-A and I love the positivity I receive there but the sarcasm and rudeness I experienced today is just...
