This has to be worst service I've ever experienced at any restaurant let alone a Qdoba. I've seen many restaurants struggle to keep up with orders due to lack of staff, however, that's not the issue here. This place has at least 4 people working at one yet they're always out of things and struggle to keep up even though they know they'll have a rush during lunch time. In spite of experiencing the same rush over and over again they refuse to prepare better for lunch time. They're consistently out of common items like Guacamole and Fajita veggies. You place the order and it's not ready even after 30 minutes of wait time. You go there and you see the employees have that deer in headlights look on their faces.
I have ordered at least 10 times at this place over the last few months for them to consistently mess up my order and having had to wait there for an extra 15 minutes in spite of giving them a 30 minutes heads up for my online order. It's extremely frustrating to come to this place every few days only to see no changes being made except for a couple of lazy bums being replaced with even lazier bums.

Ordered through app, gave restaurant 15 minutes before leaving residence to pick up, inquired on order when I had arrived, cashier was clueless about my order and appeared extremely lost as to what her role was/is, waited 45 minutes in the restaurant, inquired on my order again only to have what I assume was the shift manager inform me that they had no ingredients remaining, asked if I wanted her to make me something with what they had ...ABSOLUTELY NOT! REFUND ME! AN HOUR + WAIT TO INFORM ME OF THIS?!?! INCREDIBLE! I have made plenty of excuses for this place hoping it would turn around. However, when customers are subjected to a filthy restaurant that remains understaffed, improperly trained, lacks customer service, cannot manage ingredient orders or supplies...basically EVERYTHING FUNDAMENTALLY REQUIRED TO OPERATE A RESTAURANT SUCCESSFULLY...it's time to stop going and ensure that many people will follow your lead. Poor management? I do not care anymore. I am not spending another cent at Qdoba/Frankfort and making sure friends/family do not waste theirs at this...

As I was placing my order, I noticed the person who greeted me had a completely different attitude (positive) then the person who took the rest of my order. The person who took the rest of my order had a attitude as if someone was forcing him to work there or something. I told him its going to be all veggie on the bowl, and he just stood there and stared at me with no response what so ever. He didn't respond for the rest of the order either. It just seemed like He didn't want to be there. He didn't even change gloves before he took my order. What a pathetic experience. To make things worse, this is the second time something like this happened at the same Qdoba location (Frankfort, KY). The first time, during lunch time they rushed through my order, and even skipped some of the things I wanted to add on my order, considering I paid for a full veggie bowl.
