KFC — Restaurant in Frankfort

My 4 year requested chicken legs from KFC for dinner. I came through the drive thru with my three young children at 7pm tonight. I discovered that kids meal no longer have a chicken leg option. Only tenders and nuggets. All of my children are chicken leg eaters so I asked the drive thru employee if we could substitute chicken legs for kids meals and she said no. I then ordered a 2piece meal combo and requested chicken legs. She said that she needed to check if they had them. She said they did. I ordered another 2 piece combo with chicken legs and she said that I took the last two. I asked if they only had two left in general and she replied "yeah you took the last two and if you want more its gonna be like 15 minutes." So I ordered my husband's 3 piece combo extra crispy and tenders and a chicken nugget kids meal. The ENTIRE time she rushed me and was very rude. Told me "pull around" and did not give a total for my order. When I pulled around I could tell the girl at the window did not take my order as her tone was very different. After receiving my order I ask the girl at the window for the name of the employee who took my order. She told me okay and went to the other other employees. She came back and told me that she could not disclose employee information. I asked if I should call "Becca" who was listed on a sign on the windows as a manager? She said I could call that number...quickly said goodbye and shut the window in my face. I tried to call the number three times with no answer. I spent $50 on cold food and was treated terribly. Had I not had my children with me I would've gone inside to complain. To top it off, my husband's 3 piece meal came with....you guesses it...a chicken leg. August the 13 @ 4:50 ish pm I went through the drive through and I was very upset with my service that I got there from the blonde long haired girl she was very rude with me and I couldn't look at the menu without her saying what else very rudly to me I would try and add on something and she kept on trying to rush me and cut me off she then messed up my order after me repeating it to her five times and then when I got up to the window to pay for it I asked her to repeat my order she stated it's correct don't worry then I paid for it and she gave me it and I set there at the window for four more minutes before she saw me and I told him u forgot my country fried steak dinner she said I didn't add it I said that's why I asked you to repeat my order that you swear it was correctly but it wasn't then It took five more minutes to get my food then time I got it it was all tipped up sideways in the box all smached together it was a very awful mess I just though it in the trash it was the worst service I have ever had I'll never go back to that store ever again she even yelled at the truck parked in front of me that was wanting for their order as well she needs to be fired before she makes u lose ur good costumers I always went there at least once a week and now I get service like that it's...

First I want to state that many of the people there are my favorite employees. They are always nice, minus one or two. My son wants to eat at KFC, on 127 in Frankfort Ky., every other day. We boycotted them for about 2 months after so many mistakes but then went back recently.

I Doordash on top of my full time job so I got a big order of KFC so my son could eat and I could have it later. I live about 6 minutes from KFC West. I dropped the food off with my son but I grabbed a piece and a few fries for the road. The fries were ice cold but the chicken was good and fresh. My son called me and told me that gravy was all over the bottom of the bag because there was, what seemed to be a cut in the lid, like the letter ‘A’. He said it went all over the fries but he was going to eat them because he was “starved.”

Last time I went to KFC they gave me crispy instead of original, before that old, greasy chicken. I know that I will not eat at this one again because it is so frustrating.
