If I could give a negative review for service, I WOULD! First its 8:30 pm and they don't close until 10pm. I go through the drive thru to order 4 meals, and can only order 3 because they are "done" with grilled chicken for the night? What!! I try to order Bo Berry Biscuits, and guess what? They're out of those to!! At this point I tell them to forget it it and stick with the 3 they DO have! Then I get to the window and the young blonde lady takes my card, hands me 2 drinks (diet pepsi & mountain dew) and tells me pull up to wait for my food? Mind you, no one is there and one car is pulled up in front of me. However, I replied with "my sweet tea?" She tells me she gave me a Pepsi. I tell her I ordered 3 drinks, and she rolls her eyes and walks away! She comes back with the tea and shoves it out the window with a sarcastic "here ya go". I then ask her if she wanted me to pull up behind the ONE car waiting or pull in a parking spot. She rolls her eyes again, and hatefully replies, "a spot"! I get no receipt to determine who this person is that is so rude! I pull over and immediately start writing this! There were only 3 people I could see in the store. This young blonde in a black shirt, a young man in a black shirt and another young woman in a gray shirt who brought me my food and was very friendly, after almost 20 minutes of waiting (2-4 piece tenders and a wing dinner). By this time, 3 more vehicles were pulled into spots. If a restaurant is going to stay open until 10pm, then the entire menu should be available the ENTIRE time! I worked in restaurants for 25 years! The customer comes first, NOT the employee wanting to get out of the store quickly come...
Read moreWe were traveling through the state & this was our first time visiting a Bojangles. Ordering seemed to go smoothly, but the rest of our visit didn’t. The staff was very nice, but seemed really unorganized. We ordered four meals. The couple that walked in behind us received their order first & halfway done with their meal when we finally decided to check to see if they forgot our order. It seemed that they were just having a hard time filling the order. They were not busy at all. It was just us & another couple inside the restaurant. They also had at least one drive through order. We asked if we could go ahead & get the three meals that we could see sitting on the counter getting cold. They said they were just waiting on the bacon for the sandwich (my son ordered a different sandwich that didn’t have bacon, so they must have rang it up wrong). The lady put the first three meals on trays & brought them around front, but still didn’t give them to us until they had the sandwich ready. We had to ask for the fries for the sandwich. They also forgot the tea that my husband ordered & I had to go ask for that too. The chicken & biscuits were good, but the fries were a bit soggy & you could tell they had been sitting longer than they should have. They also had a lot of seasoning on them. Our kids were the only ones that ate them. The guy that seemed like he may have been a manager was clearly frustrated with the female employee. She seemed like she was trying, but maybe needs more training. He was a bit unprofessional at times. It wasn’t a great experience & we wished we had chosen another restaurant while...
Read moreWe were thrilled to stop at a Bojangles on our 15 hour road trip to Georgia, we are thoroughly disappointed in the service from the Bojangles employees, we went through the drive through and placed an order for one family meal box. We were told at the pickup window to pull ahead to the door to wait for our food. We waited for almost a half hour before we decided to go inside to see what was up. There was a very long line with only a few workers who were working very slow and they didn't seem to know what was going on at times. After about 5 minutes in the lobby we got our food, we then left and went to a nearby gas station for some other essentials and realized they forgot our biscuits and forks for our Mac n cheese. We promptly turned back since the biscuits were one of our main reasons for stopping. When we arrived for the second time there was a line filling the whole que area, and the employees didn't come and take any orders for almost 15 minutes, after the whole line cleared without ordering, we walked over to the pickup area and got the attention of one of the workers and let them know that we were missing our biscuits from our meal. He apologized and promptly got our biscuits and we did receive an extra biscuit. We love Bojangles food but are very disappointed in this locations service and will not be...
