Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Frankfort

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 extra sauce cups. Got the email they were ready to be picked up in the portal. I walked in, no one greeted me thats fine since it was supposed to be in the portal, but of course there was nothing there, but there were items in their heaters behind the counter. So I scooted over and could see people standing in back talking to each other or messing around on their phones. I waited for a few minutes. Nothing. I said hello. Nothing. Waited another couple minutes, said excuse me. Nothing. Mind you, a multiple people in the way back made eye contact with me and just looked away, didn't say anything to me or whoever was supposed to be working the counter. Dude finally comes up and asks my name, then turns around and takes my pizzas off the edge of the counter where they were sitting, not being kept warm or anything. Then says have a nice day, and I'm like oh there's supposed to be 2 sauces and he's like hmm oh okay. Then gets them. I leave. Then when I get home I find that one of the pizzas wasn't made correctly since it was supposed to have extra sauce and it was practically dry under the cheese.

I hate writing bad reviews because I like to give every one the benefit of the doubt but I’ve NEVER had a good experience here. I need to stop giving them chances to redeem themselves. Most times I have ordered pizzas weren’t ready until an hour or more after when they were supposed to be ready. Pizzas are never in the pick up portals so you need to ask the workers for your orders. That’s IF you can find an employee. Most times you are waiting for someone to acknowledge that that you are there. This last time I purposely ordered the pizza a little over an hour from when I wanted it because I was anticipating it taking forever. I sent my mom to pick up my order and there was nothing in the portal. She asked the worker for the order and was VERY rudely told the order was ready an hour ago and that they took it out of the warmer because they needed the oven for other orders. Mind you there were NO other orders in the warmer portal. NONE. They then told my mom that they had the right to throw away the order. They didn’t even give her the full order. I ordered an old world pepperoni pizza and received an uncut, burnt, classic pizza. I was charged nearly double for what I actually ordered. I called the store and advised them of this was told that I could bring it back and they would have the right one ready for me when I arrive. When I arrived they acted as if they had no idea why I was there and proceeded to tell me that this was the pizza and that the only difference is that the pepperoni curls… which is not the description of the old world pizza that has cheese and pepperoni to the edge and 100 pepperonis. They took the uncut, overcooked, classic and told me it would be 7 minutes for the old world… when I received the new pizza it appears to be the exact same pizza, the one i brought back to them, tired of arguing and too many hungry children but I will think again before ordering here.
