In regards to their response below, he did NOT offer a refund or any sort of discount for this mishap or even admit it was their miss at all, he tried to blame it on me placing the order online(like i should know they cant see my order even after confirming it this morning!?!). I asked them to cancel the order so we could go elsewhere after 5-10 mins of getting nowhere is the only point we talked about a refund (WHEN I ASKED FOR IT). The owners husband also told me 30 minutes to make the cake, one of the girls in back said she could probably do it in 20 mins but he started arguing with her about that....so no, it did not seem like 20 mins was an option. Really disappointing since i called in advance this morning to confirm and let them know I'd be a bit late. It was a chance to shine through ethically and with integrity, instead he chose to lie in his response, which aligns with this visit. Sad since we've been in before and had great experience, guess it's just going downhill quickly -maybe just leave it to the girls who work there since they have more compassion and class than this guy.

Original post: 0/10 if i could, customer service is attrocious. Placed order for cookie cake online several days ago. It let me set a pickup time of 9am for today, 8/3. I called this morning because google had the openning hours listed as 10am. They confirmed they wouldnt be open until 10am so I requested they put a note on my order that I would not be in until 3 or 4pm. Person in the phone confirmed she saw my order and would note it. Showed up around 3:45pm and they said they dodnt have my order because "they cant see online orders". They told me I would have to wait about 30mins to make a new one - which wouldnt work as we had to be somewhere at 4:30. They offered a dozen cookies, but that defeats the purpose of a CAKE for a kiddo. Me and my kids drove past at 9:56 pm and saw that Crave has finally opened! Working in the food industry I know how annoying it is to have someone walk in right before they close. I asked if it was okay if we came in and if they were still taking orders. They were so happy to have us and made us feel so welcome. My kids were so excited for late night cookies and were pretty loud and once again the staff was WELCOMING and had an ear to ear smile the whole time. The cookies were warm and absolutely perfect! So not only is the service amazing in a world full of rude employees but the cookies were delicious and fresh !!! Please go check out the new location of crave. The Dubai cookie is so good !...

If I could give this place more than five stars, I would! From the moment I walked into the shop, I was hit with the most amazing smell of freshly baked cookies. It was like walking into dessert heaven. The staff were super friendly and patient while I tried to decide (which was really hard because everything looked so good!). I ended up getting a classic chocolate chip, and their s'mores cookie — and wow. Each one was soft, warm, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and bake everything fresh daily.The store itself is cozy and welcoming!
