Little Green Apple — Local services in Frankfort

I usually shop online. I now remember why. It’s December 22 2018. I have been out shopping all day. I have been met by a mixture of retail employees. This staff was by far the worst. I overheard the manager telling a gentleman when she asked how he was doing and he said he was tired her reply was “yeah me too.” I had wondered in and happened to find some clearance items that worked out perfectly for some last minute stocking stuffers. While being wrung up all the items were coming up incorrectly. I stated I no longer wanted them at the prices they were now coming up if they weren’t going to honor the $2 difference. It’s the point, at this point since they were being so unbelievably rude to be about 3 items and huffing and puffing about it. At the end the lady checking me out said “Well you have a nice Christmas.” In the rudest tone ever. The entire interaction was so uncalled for I am sitting in my car writing this review just because I am so baffled right now. If I could give zero starts I would. Ba humbug to you Frankfort, IL Hallmark. So incredibly mind blown by the horrid what you refer to as customer service at...

Nice staff. Nice inventory, but could use improvement. Also, highish prices, but it helps to have rewards. The deals get confusing. Some coupons you can only use in store and in a specific store only. I order from Hallmark.com often because I get free shipping for being a rewards member and they have additional inventory online. I also like the free just because cards every month but you do have to pay tax... and it’s in-store only. I can’t tell you the amount of times I was going to buy something to find the coupon was only for the store. It is misleading and also sometimes they will send an email with a coupon you already used. Which is...

Not a warm and welcoming atmosphere for a first time visit. With inflation everything is expensive and marked up so high. There with little kid wallets for almost $50 Nice selection and array of trinkets and gifts. We were stopping in to see what we could add to our Easter decor because it's so close to the movie theater but I won't be coming back. I don't know what Disney is going to the characters but these Mickey and Minnie plushies...
