A total joke! Last week I Order 2 pizzas. One comes to me totally burnt. I call and talk to the owner (who never takes ownership) with a lot of apprehension he finally agrees to bring me another pizza but informs me he wants the burnt pizza back. I will note the pizza that was delivered the second time was a tasty well cooked pizza. Tonight my gf ordered 2 gyro platters (a gyro with fries) and a chix salad for our daughter. My gf asked about the gyro sauce and was told it would be on the side. We drove and pikd up our order returned home to find that my gf and my fries were thrown together in 1 styrofoam container. (Who wants to come home and distribute food when you ordered a platter) and to our dismay neither or our gyros had the cucumber sauce. I was rather frustrated as this was the second order from this location in a row with issues. So I called and asked for the owner/mngr, when he got to the phone I explained I'm the guy who's pizza was burnt last week and I just returned home and found my gyros had no cucumber sauce, even tho we asked specifically for it. My biggest issue with this guy is ONCE AGAIN, he refused to take ownership of his company's mistake. He says to me that he will credit me for the cucumber sauce (lol) I replied with something along the lines of "are you serious!?" He then says to me well what do you want? I told Him I wanted a correct order from his establishment but apparently that's to much to ask and ended the call. My gf and I just spent 30 minutes searching the grocery store for gyro sauce (unsuccessfully) I'd like the owner of Adrian's to eat a dry gyro with no sauce and get back to me how it was. I recommend checking your orders from this location, and upon discovering any mistakes don't...
Read moreI can honestly say that I have never encountered worse customer service in my life. Sadly, in the North Hills there are few choices for delivery, so in cases of desperation we choose Adrian's Pizza on Brandt School Road. We are never expecting much in terms of quality from Adrian's but being edible would be a good start. We placed an order online, which is a great service for a food establishment that clearly prides itself on being rude and condescending to its customers; from readying the reviews particularly female customers. Our order arrived and the total I was given was different than what was stated online, not by much and clearly not the drivers fault (Later I was flippantly told that the online prices aren't correct, very helpful when you fill out your check ahead time!?!). I took my first bight into the Italian wedgie (yes I should have known not to order something with that name, but honestly have had the same thing before and they were decent) Clearly one of the variety of meats on it had gone rancid, horribly rancid. I smelled the item and the entire thing reeked of rotten food. I called the establishment and originally spoke to a young woman who seemed polite and as if she wanted to take care of the situation, sadly I then got to speak to the manager or owner (he never identified himself). He was downright nasty, insolent and beyond pompous for someone representing a sub-par pizza joint. He could care less that he was losing a customer. He really put the nail in that coffin when he "explained" to this clearly simple minded woman that his meat is all fresh and that means they are not used much past a week??? Please save yourself the disappointment and possible food poisoning by...
Read moreWe order from here several times a week for the convenience and but they have lost our business today when I got a phone call from the owner while my food was in the oven. He called to chastise me for the fact that noone (and several of us order so it's not all the same person) in our building tips them. Our suite numbers are all listed on the receipts so I asked him to provide me the dates and names so I could address with our office and then he started to tell me he wasn't sure exactly who. So it seems that just anyone with this address gets to be chastised for fun. There are several companies in one building so unless you can track down who exactly apparently we'll just call up everyone who places and order. Sure fire way to lose someone's business and their money. Several of the workers here are also serving staff on the weekends and they don't go around to their tables reminding patrons to give them tips. They would get fired. I don't call up your business after placing an order and make sure you are making it correctly. The person I spoke to today did not seem to understand how they came off and how rude it was to continue pushing an issue that isn't directly concerning this office. How would that make them feel if done to them? For the record, they got a 30% tip today despite their customer service. But, that's the last one they'll get from me certainly since I will take my...
