Third time - Update: This time the food was good and the service was awful. Beyond bringing our first drinks, taking our order and bringing our food, we had no other service. I did not get a refill on my empty drink, which I would have liked bc I was not done, but my mother did get a refill on hers before I ran out. The server flew by grabbed the cup and jolted back. I was 2/3rd empty when she refilled my mother’s drink. That’s the only time she got us anything else. The server could have refilled both at once to save time and steps. She also forgot my fries and didn’t know bc she never checked back. Then the check was messed up twice. Had she asked if we wanted anything else, I would have gotten a banana split sundae and a whole pie bc I had hoped to do that but alas our check came without any question or further service. The business missed out on 25$ more in sales today. Bummer. It’s not a wonder they are hiring. If you keep the bad employees - the good ones will leave eventually. Sad state that. Second time at this location. First time was great. Service was great salad bar was great - all of it. This time, salad bar was sub par - coleslaw had turned - clam chowder was fishy (bad) - server seemed to be disconnected at the start but picked up toward the end. Another server whom did not wait on us could be heard all over speaking about how she just picked up a double and talking about co-workers and work etc to her actual customers. She is so important that she yelled in the back for “greeters” when she noticed two people waiting at the front yet she didn’t even attempt to seat them herself. One of the other servers eventually did (the new girl.) They also don’t have Malt Vinegar for your fish and chips. I guess it depends which day you go as to what your experience will be. To me, it’s not worth the guess as to whether it will be like the first time or the second time. Consistency would be nice.

Another 10 minutes after that, we were served cold omelettes, complete with unmelted slices of cheese, raw vegetables, and cold toast (see pics). We immediately told our waitress that after a 45 minute wait, we couldn’t eat what was served to us and asked to have it removed from the bill. The waitress obliged, but never apologized or took accountability. She seemed clueless, but eventually asked if we wanted to talk to a manger. We waited another 5 minutes to speak with someone but of course, that didn’t happen so we walked out hungry and disappointed. This is a poor reflection not only on the waitstaff, but on the kitchen and the manager. Please do better for the sake of your other customers, but we will not be returning.

I know they were busier than normal and I took that into consideration. Let's start off with the salad bar, Many items were empty and there were no soup bowls. We mentioned this to our waitress. Several minutes later, nothing changed. We waited a long time for food, I understand when there is only one cook. The food finally comes out. I ordered the chicken Alfredo. This place is full of idiots and serves overpriced trash food that's not even correct when you order it not only that when they make a mistake they don't give you your money back they give you a gift card so you have to come back to the same dump. Against All odds I went here to get food through the takeout line which is a drive-thru window they asked me to move up I had $38 worth of food I got a super burger with no pickles and a club with no tomatoes because my niece is allergic also a steak sandwich with mashed potatoes and no gravy because it makes my aunt sick. Pickles on the super Burger, tomatoes on the club and gravy on the mashed potatoes and they forgot to give the person who picked it up the mountain dew. So I called back and instead of them giving my my money back they say they'll send a gift card within the week however I don't want to go back to this dump. So I get the gift card and once again take my niece and my aunt to get food after a softball game not only do they mess it up again but they overcharged us for a sandwich that we didn't even get and they said it was still on the machine I guess after the last customer which to me sounds like a scam. So instead of giving me my money back once again they offer me another gift card. Once you make an order you better check it three times because these idiots have no management skills they must be all inept Cooks. I mean how many idiots does it take to read a order make the order and then nobody checks it after that or where's the manager doing expediting or checking to make sure everything's okay? This place is trash! Complete idiots I don't even know how people like this exist on Earth. You're so stupid they probably forget to breathe half the time without a sign. How hard is it to not add tomatoes on a sandwich? Especially when somebody is allergic and it's specifically listed on the slip. Been looking it up online I've seen this happen more than 10 times in a 2-month period at this place. The foods garbage anyway and it's overpriced so I wouldn't go here even if you paid me. If these people are that dumb I'm wondering how filthy and dirty they are they probably forget to wash their hands after the bathroom. And then they keep your money and don't even give you it back they want to send you a gift card. who wants to go back to a trashy place like this once they mess it up two times even with the gift card you got from the last time they messed it up I can only imagine the morons that work in this s* hole. I can't believe they pay somebody to be a manager there especially if they don't even check to make sure everything is in the order everything is correct in the order how does it go through being ordered going through a cook going through the expediter then being bagged up not checked and then it goes to being handed out to a customer without being checked by the manager?? Just complete trash business! Close it down and make way for a decent company that can hire people that aren't retarded. In fact I take that back if somebody is retarded they probably would make a better sandwich and know how to get it done correctly over...

Honestly it's hot or miss here, I've been there twice in the last week, one time it was fabulous and the last was meh. One waitress gave me hot tea with 2 tea bags, hot water and a little bowl of lemon, the other after I asked 3 times gave me water, 1 tea bag and one sad piece of lemon. It's those little things that can just ruin an experience since they are usually pretty consistent even between stores. The food was ok, consistent but I tried something new that just wasn't great, but I don't blame anyone but me for that. I think they get so busy the staff gets overwhelmed and that's too bad since it's a great location. I've just had a few times especially with to go food that just disappointed me so much that I went to another location or just went somewhere else, no matter how convenient this store is. I hope it gets better or just better training or something, I know it's tough to find good help. I still left a good tip since I didn't have to cook. I'll probably say something next time if have an issue, I know what I like and it's usually really good, like I said my previous visit was great. They were busy when I got there and they were telling people that the kitchen was 30 minutes behind and recommended the breakfast bar, but I got my food in 10 minutes. Like I said I think the rest of the staff is overwhelmed, but also they don't know when people are leaving or sitting there or whatever. It's tough at a place like that but they weren't that busy by the time I sat down. It's just too bad that people left when they heard how long it was going to be. List sales won't help pay the bills or help the wait staff, etc. Next time I'll be sure to go when it's less busy. That's tough too but I'm sure at 4 pm on weekdays...
