I'd give a 0 if I could! I ordered 1 beef and cheddar and 5 slider sandwiches for my kids along with fries, and I got home to 0 SLIDERS! I called and got the store manager "Jenny" who was as RUDE as they come! I wanted to know how they could forget 5 sandwiches! She told me if I continued to raise my voice to her (1 I'm moving so there is an echo in my house, and I was angry) that she would hang up on me! WHICH SHE DID right after I told her I'd contact her corporate office! I then call back bc I've now wasted $27 on food I didn't receive and she answered the phone "are you ready to calm down?" HELL NO! She claims she didn't know the corporate number or the number for the regional manager, so I figured I'd start here. Check your food folks, the service is beyond deplorable. They pulled us forward because they were waiting on our mozzarella sticks and when we got them only 2 were fresh out of the 12 and they tasted burnt like the oil was old. I am super glad that I check all my sandwiches from most restaurants. When I turned my sandwich upside down the bun was covered in mold. HIGHLY unacceptable because this can get people sick. Food was cold, fries were dry and stale, sandwich looked as though it had been assembled by throwing the beef from across the kitchen, and the drink was filled to the brim with ice to the point that there was no rattle in the cup.
