Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Franklin Township

I haven't had pizza hut since I got food poisoning from them last year. The pizza came at a good time so service was fine. However, quality took a hit. This is literally the worst pizza I have ever tasted. I'm not one to sit and complain or even have to write a review about food not being perfect because food is food to me but man this was really bad. The pizza barley had any bacon on it that I ordered and the cheese was almost non existent. I ordered the stuff crust and the cheese inside of the crust had a consistency of runny oatmeal..... so gross...The dough feels tough. I have no idea what they did to it.. bad batch or what. I have no clue. I'm afraid of getting food poisoning again. I couldn't finish the pizza. I think this is a sign to just stay away from pizza hut in general. I recommend going elsewhere if...

One of my more preferable pizza places. I always get my order correct and the delivery drivers always arrive before the estimated delivery time.

There was only one time that I had a problem with an order. It wasn't a big deal at all but I asked for ranch with my pizza and it didn't come, I called the store and spoke to the manager in charge of the shift (his name was Andrew I think) he was incredibly helpful and remorseful about the whole situation and even sent a driver back to the house with ranch after I told him it wasn't necessary!!!

This was one of the worse experiences. We ordered a pizza online, went to go get it and not only were the doors locked, (they close at 11 we arrived at 10:10) but, we went to the drive thru and no one acknowledged our presence. I called twice and, on the second attempt, someone finally answered and explained the doors lock at 9 (for security reasons which is completely understandable) and someone was coming to drive thru as we pulled off. Maybe if the employees weren’t on their phones or socializing, we could’ve had a much better experience. Please, Just...
