Food is always good but the drinks are like 75% ice volume. I drank a large drink in four sips for there to be no soda left but ice nearly touching the lid still. I poured my own 16oz drink on top of the ice left over and it dint fit with the ice in a ‘32oz drink’. This has been my experience every time even when I ask for light ice. Just very disappointing when I’m trying to eat and run out of drink so early into my meal. Otherwise food is fresh, toast is yummy, and sauces are good. Service is mid, sometimes it’s awesome and over expectations, sometimes it’s rude and rushed even when there’s not a long line. Just depends who you get I guess. Today the person at the cash window snatched my payment repeating an order that wasn’t mine while not looking or speaking towards me and shut the window before I could protest, I had to nearly shout that it wasn’t my order to get them to back track and still barely and rushingly confirm my correct order before swiping my card and hurrying me along in order to continue speaking to the coworker next to them. Last time I went the lady at the cash window was patient, thorough, and spoke clearly and kindly to me. It’s genuinely 50/50 in...
Read moreNow let me start by saying the food here is absolutely positively bussin!!! The chicken is delicious, the TEXAS toast, not garlic toast to that one other review that said it was garlic, is some of the best dough I've ever been given besides my paycheck which is honestly mediocre in comparison, and the cane's secret sauce, though I know someone who claims they know the recipe, is literally to die for, and I don't mean me dying, I mean I would kill someone for it. The staff here is so spectacular, making every experience feel personal with those amazing greetings they say every time I go. I would like to especially shout out Breana for being absolutely amazing!!!! Yassss queen Give that girl a raise !!!!! This whole experience would've been five stars, but I saw like 5 people run the stop sign they have out front and they like totally need to get like a speed camera or something and catch those buffoons, enough of this tomfoolery outside cane's, you should put a speed bump out there honestly. Much love! Hugs and...
Read moreI moved across the country and I miss this Cane's so much. I can't wait to visit home just to go back. There's just something special about the employees, they all have serotonin syndrome or something because I don't understand how they're so giddy to serve me chicken fingers. But the chicken fingers are always good. Except the one time I got sick from them. But that was not the fault of the lovely staff of Raising Cane's but simply because it was so delicious that I ate it too quickly. The atmosphere is always liminal and it feels like I am in another world. Getting a 2AM Cane's sandwich after watching the drag shows up the street were my favorite memories of senior year. Also the coke SLAPS here I've never had better carbonated Coca-Cola and I MISS IT. Love you Kent Raising Cane's, I think about you at least...
